In Detail Bajaj NOMARKS Herbal Scrub Soap Review and My Experience

I was very excited to try this scrub soap since I was thinking how convenient it would be to use a soap which will scrub all the skin. It came as shown in a typical cartoon box with all the details. The soap has a citrus lime like scent to it which is pretty synthetic, very similar to the smell of liril soap.

When applied, it does not create any significant lather. When I used it for the first time, I was thinking that the scrub particles will melt out but surprisingly, the big scrub particles were stuck deep in the soap and would not come out. The scrub particles are sparse and quite large in size as compared to our ordinary scrubs. I actually thought that such large scrub particles can cause abrasions on the skin so I did not use it at all on my face. If I put it in a single line, The scrub action of this soap is limited to the time while it is in contact with the skin. What melts out is just soap. The large scrub particles are not very sharp but still I do not feel comfortable with such scrubs. The scrub particles do not melt and stay just the way they are. It just gives a pokey feeling on the skin while applying, not exactly what I would call scrubbing. The tiny yellow and brown particles which are seen on the soap in the photo are ground almond and oatmeal, but truly speaking they are not going to make any difference because all their natural-ness gets lost during processing of the soap.

Though it works fine as a soap, I did not notice any significant or exclusive effects. It worked like a regular soap for me. It took out all the oil and dirt from the skin and made the skin squeaky clean. It is not very moisturising in itself so it is important to moisturise the skin after using it. What I like is that it has a lot of herbal ingredients and it is very budget friendly. Other than that, it failed to impress me.

4. Not completely herbal.

MBF Advices

You may go ahead and try this scrub soap but make sure not to use it on sensitive areas like face. It works well as a regular soap cleanser otherwise. One can consider it as an exfoliator when one needs large particle exfoliation like during heavy winters. Always use a good moisturiser after using this soap.
