Calamine lotion is a necessity for every person, not just women. I returned from Goa trip a few days back and don’t even get me started on how much fun we had there 😉 However, my skin had a lot of problems on coming back. One I had lots of sunburns and my skin was behaving extra sensitive. My friend suggested to try this calamine lotion. I got one and was pretty impressed.

In Detail Calapure Calamine and Light Liquid Paraffin Lotion Review and My Experience

As I mentioned before, I had a lot of sunburns and redness on my skin. I desperately wanted something to bring me relief. One of my friends suggested this and I grabbed it. It comes in a very basic bottle which is opaque and has the description on the outside.

The lotion has a thinner consistency as compared to our regular Lacto calamine lotion. It has a slightly pink-peachy colour. Does not have a specific fragrance to it.

How I use it
Day Time: I used this as my regular moisturiser. Took a coin sized amount on my palms and applied it all over my face. I applied minimal makeup on top.
Night Time: At night, I used it lavishly. I applied a thicker layer mostly concentrating on the irritated areas of my skin.

In the morning, my skin calmed down and the redness was so much reduced. After about one week, my skin was soothed properly without any redness. It helped revert my skin back to normal.

I am so much impressed with this calamine lotion.
