Calvin Klein Tempting Glance Intense Eyeshadow – #112 Smudge
I got this eyeshadow a while back and I guess I should mention this is the first CK eye shadow I have ever used. They have re formulated it and come up with a new packaging. So read on to find out how good this really is.
Individual shimmer shadows for eyes. Tempting Glance will help you create any look, light and sweet or deep and seductive. Featuring infinite color possibilities, these shimmer hues blend without creasing or fading.
900/- INR (Rs.)
The packaging is pretty and I like how “glassy” it looks. Simple yet classy! The details are mentioned at the back of the product, though I am not satisfied. I mean, there is no mention of the ingredients, dates nothing. That is something I really don’t like. Well anyways moving on,
The texture of the product is really soft and velvety. It has okay pigmentation on single swatch but as you can see in the pictures, its buildable. Now I must admit, the pigmentation looks so pretty when I put more than 2-3 layers.
It has these extremely pretty tiniest silvery-grey shimmers. They look fantastic on the lid. Wear them around the area where you put your eye liner and then, put the eye liner, it makes the whole look so much beautiful.
I have worn it when I am partying etc, and I am telling you, this stays on the lid for an amazing 7-8 hours easily. It basically looks like a matt eye shadow with really pretty fine dispersed shimmers.
Irony you see, the name of the shade is smudge, but this baby doesn’t smudge. 😛
It looks so pretty when you are doing a smokey eye look specially because the pigment is easily buildable. You can work out so many different looks with it.
In the picture below, I have tried to remove it with a make up remover. You see, this refuses to go away easily. You need to use a very good quality make up remover, I would say an oil based one would work better for this one.
So tell me, have you used any make up product from CK? Lemme know what was your experience in the comments below.
