Fabindia Radiance Face Pack Green Clay Review: Hello everyone,

Fabindia Radiance Face Pack Green Clay Review

I got this somewhere around last september when I visited FabIndia store at the ambience mall in Gurgaon. My fiance had come to see me in Delhi when we went out shopping that day…such good memories! So basically I really wanted to get some skin care from fabIndia. My favourite being the charcoal face scrub and mask, I looked out for those first. They had actually run out of both these products. So my fiance picked this one up and said “this looks good” 😛 Thats how I bought it.

In Detail FabIndia Radiance Face Pack Green Clay Review and My Experience

It comes in a very basic fabindia packaging. Its a transparent plastic jar. The product can be seen inside which is powdery and has a greenish tinge to it. I am a huge fan of clay masks and I had heard so much about the skin benefits of green clay.

It has a very sweet herbal smell, mild to moderate. Besides green clay this face mask also has some amazing ingredients such as Neem, Milk powder, Sandalwood, Turmeric. These are all some real goodies for skin specially such ingredients are recommended generally for acne prone skin.

How I Use it

You can mix the face mask in yogurt (curd), milk, rose water or plain water. I usually mix it with rose water. When I feel like my skin is breaking out a lot, I mix it with Apple cider vinegar. ACV really helps to eliminate surface toxins from the skin. I let the face pack sit until it dries completely. It usually takes around 20 to 30 minutes to completely dry. I then take some normal temperature water, splash it on my face and once the face pack becomes wet, I scrub my face with it as it also has scrubbing particles in it. After scrubbing for a minute or two, I wash it off and pat my skin dry.

Effects

I have noticed it gives an immediate brightening effect to the face. It does not make my skin feel super dry as ordinary clay masks. My skin felt really clean and fresh. Though I did not really notice any long term brightening effects. It did help calm down breakouts as clay absorbs all the bacteria and gunk from the skin.

Overall I felt this was a decent clay mask. It has some wonderful ayurvedic ingredients though not all ingredients are organic. It cleans and exfoliates the skin really well. Gives a brightening effect which however lasts only for a day at max.
