The faces ultime pro illuminating powder highlighter comes in an outer black cardboard packaging. There is a cute compact case inside which is the highlighter. The lid of the compact is tight hence its travel friendly. I wish they provided a mirror and a brush applicator along with it. Overall it’s a decent packaging not very fancy but basic. You will know in a short while why I am so in love with this.

They have actually launched 2 products last week. One is this illuminating powder highlighter and another is a bronzing compact powder. I wish they had come up with more shades in the highlighter, it would have been even more exciting!

Coming on to the review of the new faces ultime pro illuminating powder highlighter. It is a beautiful champagne shade. It makes my cheekbones pop beautifully. The pigmentation is great too – in one swipe you get good amount of highlight on the face. The texture of the faces ultime pro illuminator powder is very smooth and finely milled. It does not feel chalky at all and at the same time blends beautifully. The highlighter has powdered shimmers present in it but the shimmers are neither chunky nor too loud. They are very subtle shimmers. They just a beautiful glow on the skin.

Now I know most of you must be thinking how do I compare it to the other high end highlighters available in the market. So I have to say this is the best highlighter available out there. Trust me guys, I have used MAC Mineralise soft and gentle highlighter, Becca Champagne pop and lots of other highlighters. But I am completely bowled over by this. Quality of this product matches the high end ones. Plus in fact I can even say that this may be a tad bit better than MAC mineralise finish highlighters.

This is the best dupe of Becca Champagne pop. The best part is, this only costs ₹ 650.00 which is around $ 9.60 whereas the BECCA x Jaclyn Hill Champagne pop costs $ 38.00 in USA and £ 32.00 in the UK. Hence, for the first time an Indian company has launched a product so amazing that it honestly beats its higher end counterparts. The icing on the cake is the fact that it is very budget friendly.

Coming on to the last part of the review that is the staying powder it stays in my face for good 5-6 hours after that it starts fading. I love how gorgeous a glow it gives. I apply it with a light hand when I want a natural glow and when I wish to get a dramatic glow on my cheeks, I layer it up a little bit. Both ways, it just looks amazing and never goes patchy on the skin. Therefore, I am love with this product. In fact I already feel like getting a back up of it 🙂

1) To up increase the staying power as well as intensify the glow effect, use a liquid highlighter underneath and then top it up with a powder highlighter. However make sure to blend them well.
2) Wet the brush and apply the highlighter in small quantity all over the face and then apply the foundation to get that Goddess glow skin.
