In Detail Makeup Revolution Blush Palette Blush Queen Review, Swatches and My Experience

It comes in a plastic case with a clear lid on top of it. Ingredients and other details are mentioned behind the palette. There is no cardboard packaging on the outside. The packaging is decent nothing fancy. I wish they would have provided an inbuilt mirror as well as a blush applicator along with it. That would have made the blush palette more travel friendly. But anyways I cannot demand more for the price I am paying for. It’s kind of decent packaging for me.

Coming on to the shades they have quite a lot of shades in the blush palette range. But I got this one. As the pink shades in the palette attracted me a lot.

Starting of with the review I got the blush palette in shade blush queen which has beautiful pink tones and purple shades of blushes present in it. These are basically baked blushes. All the shades present in this blush palette have presence of shimmer in it. Some are very shimmery, others are less shimmery.

The shades present in this palette are beautiful. This palette is best for all skin types as well as for all skin tones. It will suit everyone from fair medium to beauties with darker skin tones.

Blush Queen – Individual Shades Description

Since there is no name to the shades in this palette, we have numbered the shades so that you guys can refer to the shades when we describe them individually.

1st Shade – In the pan, it looks champagne with a hint of pink. But on the skin, this is a beautiful light baby pink with strong cool undertones. Also, this is a very shimmery shade.

2nd Shade – Shimmery light pink with neutral undertones.

3rd Shade – Shimmery candy pink with cool undertones.

4th Shade – Frosty shimmery pink with purple undertones.

5th Shade – Slightly less shimmery. Peachy pink kind of a shade.

6th Shade – Again, less shimmery pink with neutral undertones.

7th Shade – Less shimmery pink with blue undertones.

8th Shade – Deepest pink in the palette is a beautiful neutral pink with not so obvious shimmers.

The texture of this is not that smooth and buttery but it’s not that chalky and hard as well. It’s an in between kind of a texture.

The pigmentation is decent as well. To show the colour on my skin, I need to layer it twice.
Lastly coming on to the staying power, it stays decently for about 4- 5 hours on my combination skin. But wearing the primer as a base may extend the wear time of the makeup by 1-2 hours more.
