In Detail PAC Studio Finish Makeup Primer Review and My Experience

The PAC studio finish primer comes in a matte black sleek opaque bottle packaging. It comes with with a pump dispenser. So it’s hygienic as well as easy to use. The pump dispenses just the right amount of product. On back side of the bottle there is complete ingredient list mentioned along with the date of expiry. So it’s overall a very handy, sleek and informative packaging as well as travel friendly.

PAC Studio Finish Makeup Primer Review mbf

The PAC studio finish primer is a transparent product which is in a gel form. The texture of the primer is moderately thick but it blends out easily on the skin. My skin feels very soft and smooth when I apply this primer. Creates a very smooth base for the foundation. One needs a pea sized amount of product per usage. If you take more than required or excess of product, the foundation may actually end up slipping from the skin.

PAC Primer helps my makeup stay for longer period of time and also controls my excess natural skin oils very well. PAC also claims that it minimises pores and brightens up the complexion. However, I can definitely see that it helps in minimising pores but I can’t really notice a brightening effect on the skin tone. This primer almost reminds me of my Colorbar perfect match primer. I don’t really see any difference in both the primers. They perform equally good. Overall I like the primer but hope it would have been a little more budget friendly.

Pros of PAC Studio Finish Makeup Primer

1) Nice packaging.
2) Controls skin oils very well.
3) Helps my makeup last longer.
4) Prepares my skin well for foundation.
4) Blends easily.
5) Skin feels soft and smooth after applying this.
6) Minimizes pores

Cons of PAC Studio Finish Makeup Primer

1) Less quantity provided for the price.
2) Claims that it brightens up the complexion but there was no such effect on my skin.
3) Silicone based product, so please test it before using on facial skin.

Would I Recommend PAC Studio Finish Makeup Primer

Well I like it. But at this price, it didn’t do anything out of the box. It is a pretty decent product but for Rs. 885/- I had hoped for some wow factor.

MBF Advises

1) Use makeup primer after the moisturiser and before the foundation.
2) To increase the longevity of the makeup always apply a primer.
3) It works well for beauties with oily to combination skin.
4) Silicone causes some skin types to breakout so make sure you test it out on a small area of skin before using it on the face.
