In Detail The Body Shop Moringa Softening Body Butter Review, Swatches and My Experience

This body butter comes in the signature plastic tub of TBS. It is of cream yellow color with a picture of moringa flower and TBS logo on the lid. The product details are mentioned at the back. Its convenient to use but definitely unhygienic so you need to take care that you close the lid tightly after use.

The fragrance is fresh and floral, gives more of a summerish feel. It is very strong and if you are not a fan of strong scents, I recommend smelling it before buying. Without a doubt its lovely, makes you feel so fresh.

After applying it on the skin you will see it lasts almost the entire day and also smells great. You will need to use a floral scent to go with it as any other stronger perfume might contradict with the floral scent of this body butter or you can totally skip it, it alone smells just fine.

The color of the product is also creamy yellow like the tub itself. Since it is a body butter, the texture is very thick and creamy just like real butter. It spreads easily despite being thick and gets absorbed in a little while after application.

TBS claims of upto 24 hour moisturization stands true as I need not reapply it. It works great for dry/normal skin. Oily skinned beauties might find it a little heavy on the skin.

You need a little quantity and thus the tub will last you for quite some time.

This is fresh and floral and people use it more as a summer butter, but it works great in winter months too. You can surely go ahead and give it a try if you are a fan of floral scents and are looking for effective moisturisation whole day long.

  1. This body butter is one of the best sellers by The Body Shop and honestly, I only have a problem with its strong floral smell. Otherwise this body butter is easily the best one.
