I am specially drawn towards musky fragrances usually and this is why you will find me grabbing all musky fragrances out there. One such very famous perfume from the house of TBS is this one right here, the white musk libertine perfume. I have purchased this over and over again and I guess this should be my 3rd or 4th bottle.

In Detail The Body Shop White Musk Libertine Eau De Parfum EDP Review and My Experience

I decided to pick up an EDP instead of an EDT since an EDP is always longer lasting than an EDT. I know EDPs are much costlier but girl, when we have a fragrance this awesome, I cannot not grab the best one I can! Now talking of the packaging, its the classic TBS perfume packaging. A matte finish glass bottle jar with a rose pink colour which fades away gradually towards the top. The top however is plastic. I guess this is pretty good since there are more chances of us dropping the cap instead of the bottle itself 😀 The spray quality is good.

Coming to the most important part, speaking of the scent itself.

Musk…Rose…Honey…turkish delight….yes those are the things which come to my mind when I smell it bringing close to my nose. The musk radiates throughout the different notes of the scent. At the base we have some delightful Chantilly cream, building up is then the sweet turkish delight and at the top I get hints of grapefruits. Like I said, musk is the heart and is present throughout.

I love the sillage with this perfume. People around you can definitely smell this on you. I have received numerous compliments when I am wearing this. The staying power of this perfume I would say is approximately 5-6 hours which I am not sure is decent enough. I mean I would have loved if this perfume had stayed put on me for longer.

To sum up all, this is a very sweet and sophisticated feminine fragrance which I think will be a total hit among ladies who like musky fragrances. Even the floral hints of rose are pretty amazing so ladies who love rose fragrances should totally check this out.

4. Always put the cap back after use to make all the good fragrances stay inside.
