In Detail The Face Shop White Seed Blanclouding White Moisture Cream Review and My Experience

Korean Skin care is one of the most highly reputed industry in the world. While I really wanted to try out some korean skin care products for myself, I saw the face shop brand getting launched in India. I was over the moon!

The White Seed Moisture Cream comes in a white coloured tub with a sliver-grey screw lid on top. There is an additional lid inside to prevent the product from spilling. I love how every detail about the product including the detail ingredient list is mentioned on the packaging. Its written in english and korean.

The cream is milky white in colour. As soon as I open the lid, I notice the unique texture of the cream. It has a semi gel to cream texture. Moderately thick yet fluffy. If you know a little chemistry, then may be I can explain to you the texture better by using the phrase “clouded cream”. Its amazing in fact. Upon slight mixing with hand it turns creamy like our regular moisturisers. The cream has a mild flowery scent to it which I notice only when I get my nose really close to it.

How I Use it

I have been using this cream for over a month now. Usually after washing my face in the morning and evening, I take a pea sized amount and gently massage it all over my facial skin. The cream absorbs into my skin within a minute. It does not feel oily or sticky at all which is a HUGE plus point considering the fact that I have combination skin. Also, it leaves absolutely no white cast or anything. Skin appears naturally moisturised and healthy.

Effects

Within a couple of days after using this I noticed how this made my skin appear more bright and glowy. It healed all the dry or rough areas on my skin and made it look healthy and supple. However after 4-5 days, I started noticing really tiny zits on my face which I rarely get otherwise. I blamed it on other things. I still continued using this. But I continued getting minor zits. These zits were really tiny and would go away when I washed my face and used toner. So I didn’t bother much.

After a week, I stopped using this during day since anyways it doesn’t have any SPF in it. Since then, I have been using this only in the evening. I also notice how I don’t get the zits anymore. So may be initially my skin took time to adjust or may be my skin couldn’t handle so much moisture. However, now that I use it only once, I have no complains at all. In fact I love how this cream works. Always remember to use only a little bit at first, just to make sure you don’t over apply it. It makes my skin feel so soft and appear plump. This cream has literally healed any sort of dry areas on my face. My skin appears bright and glowing.

Overall Verdict

Once I figured out how to use this cream properly, I have been loving it. I love how this has made my skin feel so soft and nourished. At the same time, who doesn’t like added glow on the skin. Moreover, this has some really nice natural ingredients. I think I might go and purchase the full sized now that this sample one is over. Also, this is free of parabens, mineral oils or paraffin. Oh did I mention this cream has no animal ingredients 🙂
