The packaging of these lipsticks are unlike any Indian brand has done before. It kind of reminds me of the Marc Jacobs Lip Glosses. Also, Chambor Extreme Wear Transfer Proof Liquid Lipsticks have a similar packaging. However this one is different because Faces liquid lipsticks have a slightly frosted tube. Also, these tubes taper down towards the end as well as their caps have a matte finish. So yes, the packaging is pretty different. The applicator is a slim doe foot applicator which gives you the precision to apply the lipstick properly around the edges as well.

Texture, Formula, Pigmentation

These liquid lipsticks have a really nice and smooth texture. The formula is pretty light. I mean it never feels heavy on the lips. I have been trying out these shades since 2 days and so far love how the formula never goes patchy. Faces liquid lipsticks go full opaque on a single stroke. These are intensely pigmented and offer complete coverage. Even if you decide to layer it up, they don’t go caky or weird. Therefore a huge thumbs up from me as far as texture, formula and pigmentation is concerned.

Kiss Of Fire 03 – This is a brick red shade with slight orange undertones.
Pink Promise 04 – A super cool toned barbie pink shade. This shade is super fun and everyone who loves bright pinks will love this.

Dark Chocolate 05 – This is a very nice burgundy red with strong warm brown undertones. Hence, this shade is perfect for fall season.

If you’re a fan of proper matte lipsticks with absolutely zero shine, you should totally check this out. After application, it hardly takes 20 seconds to set. With its light weight as well as super pigmented formula, this lipstick gives a fantastic matte finish on the lips. The best part is, it never goes patchy. I do however advise prepping your lips properly before using this for an impeccable finish. It wears well on me for 5 to 6 hours without much snacking. However if you do eat specially oily foods, this will wear off sooner than that.

Honestly this lipstick stands tall in competition with some of the best ones available in the market right now. Price wise this isn’t inexpensive. However looking at how well it performs, I am sure it deserves the price tag. Faces has been up-ing their makeup game lately with lots of amazing new launches. Specially the Faces Face Palettes they launched a while back are really nice. Other ranges of their lipsticks are equally good as well.
