Out of the above list, only 14 shades were initially launched in India. Swatches of those will be below. Now, Suede basically means a kind of leather finish. I guess Revlon wanted to make it sound more classy. Moreover, looking at the names of the lipsticks under the collection, I can only say Revlon wanted to make it sound like a super model event.

The packaging is really nice. It looks very pretty. The outer coloured opaque packaging almost totally matches the actual shade and the black around the bullet makes it really different and a little more fun. It is so much better to have the outer packaging matching with the actual colour because it makes life so much easier to pick out the right shade from the stash of all the lipsticks in your collection.

Revlon Colorstay suede lipstick is easy to apply, glides on quite nicely on the lips. Does get slightly sticky in a couple of minutes and soon it settles in an almost matte finish. This is one of those lipsticks which essentially needs a lip balm underneath or else it will make your lips look dry. If you are some one who has frequent dry lips, I would not suggest this lipstick to you. The lipstick however is quite long lasting I should say. It stays on for approximately 4 to 5 hours. It does stay on after meals however, it tends to wear off in a patchy manner such that it makes your lips look dry and flaky.

So if you are someone looking for a lipstick which is not super pigmented, and has a matte finish, you can check out this one. Available across all revlon counters although these are priced quite on the higher side, they do come in a wide range of shades.
