I have tried and tested many of them and I will be reviewing all of them shortly. Today I am going to talk about Baby Dove Rich Moisture Head to Toe Wash. Dove has recently started their baby dove range and I had to definitely try it. Read on to know more.

In Detail Baby Dove Rich Moisture Hair to Toe Wash Review, Swatches and My Experience

While I was in my 9th month I started searching different bath and skin products for my baby. There are so many sites that cater to baby and children needs. Firstcry gives you great offers almost the entire year round. I did my maximum shopping from there.

Dove had launched its baby dove range and I so wanted to try it. I do not like too many products to be used for my baby so I liked the idea of a head to toe wash. It comes in a opaque white plastic pump bottle with a blue dispenser. Its kind of cute but not very travel friendly.

I tried locking the pump but it broke as it was too stiff.Also the pump dispenses very tiny amount and you have to struggle to push it again and again. While bathing the baby you are already engaged in holding the baby, the last thing you would want to do is struggle with the bottle.

The product is of medium consistency and pure white colour. It is very creamy and moisturising. It lathers appropriately not too much nor too less. You will not have to struggle to get the product off from your baby’s body.

There is a very mild fragrance to the product which I like. After you have bathed your baby you want her/him to look clean and fresh. This mild smells lingers for a short while and does not trouble your baby.

Despite all good things, unfortunately it did not suit my baby. She developed minute tiny bumps all over her body post application and I had to stop using it. To test if it was the product allergy, I did not apply anything on her body and gave her a plain bath for next two days and she was fine.

So, I switched to Chicoo baby wash which I will review soon for you guys. As far as Dove baby head to toe wash is concerned I had to use it on my skin and surprisingly I loved it. It was so gentle and moisturising that I did not feel the need for a moisturiser post usage. I am still using it and I feel its great for sensitive skin beauties especially in winters as it wont rip your skin’s moisture.

Overall, I cannot say that I will recommend this product as I did not have a great experience with my baby’s skin but it suited me well. Every baby is different you can try and see if it suits your kiddo.

As far as product features are concerned it smells good, has moisturising properties and is affordable too but suitability is totally on your babies skin type. I might try using later when her skin is a little mature but for now its just for me. That’s all from my side for today. See you soon in my next review.
