It’s the Mahogany Coconut Candle from Bath and Body Works. I am a fan of good coconut fragrances and Mahogany is great too. So when I saw this, I immediately got it. I am a person who has a very deep connection to fragrances, and hence you will always find me trying out more and more of them.

How to Use Bath & Body Works Mahogany Coconut Candle

Always trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and keep debris out of wax pool. Never burn longer than 4-hour intervals. Set candle on heat-resistant surface and avoid drafts. Always burn within sight and extinguish before leaving room. Don’t burn near things that catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Don’t extinguish with water. Always let wax harden before relighting, touching or moving.

In Detail Bath & Body Works Mahogany Coconut Candle Review and My Experience

Bath & Body Works Mahogany Coconut candle comes in 2 different sizes. 3 wick candle as well as single wick candle. I would have purchased the 3 wick size if it were available but its been out of stock forever, so I decided to get this one instead. 3 wick candle and single wick candles are basically the same, just that 3 wick ones are meant for bigger spaces. The packaging is pretty regular, I mean if you’ve ever used a single wick candle from BBW, you know its a simple glass jar with a screw lid.

It has an off white coloured wax and has a very minimalistic, serene vibe to it. The palm leaf pattern on the label is very apt as per the tropical theme of the fragrance.

What does Bath & Body Works Mahogany Coconut Smell like?

Bath & Body Works describes the scent of Mahogany Coconut candle as a “classic woodsy fragrance with a tropical twist”. To me, this is just straight up woody mahogany with a lovely hint of tropical creamy coconuts that shines through. You can smell the musk in the background which is very mild, just enough to make its presence felt but not at all overpowering. The lavender just balances everything out in a very subtle way. Well, basically, this is an amazing scent. One of the best scents ever by Bath & Body Works.

You cannot really categorise this scent as feminine or masculine because this is one of those scents that everyone will love. I just loved burning this candle through the cold months of December and January. In fact, my husband loves the scent as much as I do.

Speaking of the candle quality, its pretty decent. The wax melts evenly without pooling at specific places. The wicks burn evenly (make sure to trim it before burning it). I usually put it on in my open space living room and it just fills the entire space very nicely. The scent might be a little too much if you’re burning it in smaller closed spaces. But in open spaces, this scent feels like a tropical bliss.

Even after putting out the candle, the smell lingers on for a very long time. I absolutely love it. Next time I am 100% sure I am going to get the 3 wick sized version of this. In fact, I might get some backups too because I just love this scent so much. Bath & Body Works even has body care in this scent and I am keen on trying them out too.

4. Candles are one of the best gifts to give someone when you’re not able to decide. And I honestly feel, this is one of the best scents BBW has to offer.
