MBF Advices

.
1. Don’t stick to one single dandruff treatment, try to alternate between treatments and see which works best for you. Scalp can have different types of fungi causing dandruff so these treatments mentioned above almost cover all types of dandruff causing fungi. Make sure to try all and you will yourself figure out which one works best.

2. Never leave any shampoo or residue behind in your hair. It can irritate the scalp and cause flakes which ultimately results in dandruff. So always rinse out shampoo or conditioner completely.

3. Never ever use conditioner on the scalp. This is one of the commonest mistake which people do and this results in dandruff in many. Always use conditioner on hair lengths and concentrate on the ends of hair. Scalp produces a lot of natural oils which are more than enough to condition the hair near roots.

4. Never ignore dandruff.

5. If you are facing scalp itchiness, feels like build up on the scalp then you might be suffering from dandruff even if you don’t notice dandruff on your shoulders or dress. Dandruff does not cause flaking always. So make sure you try these home remedies.
