ELF Punk Funk Brightening Eye Shadow Quad Review, Swatches: Hey guys, so I have had this eyeshadow quad for a while now. I actually got this from amazon because elf is not directly available in India and I was looking for some really funky shades of eyeshadows. When I looked at this, it was perfect. elf is really inexpensive in USA but getting USA makeup in India costs quite a lot. Hence this basically wasn’t so inexpensive for me after all.
