Clinique has proven to produce products which are safe and friendly to one’s skin. I’ve always wanted to try the chubby lash mascara which is marketed to give lush and healthy lashes.

The packing is very unique. I’ve not seen such a packing for any other mascara. As the name suggests chubby it’s body is also chubby. The silver cap and the black body gives a very luxurious feeling yet being very basic. It’s a little different and a bit difficult to use at first.

The broad cap is hard to use at first but I got use to it in matter of minutes. Especially after seeing the result you’d want to use it again and again. The branding of Clinique is present both on the body as well as on the cap so you can be assured that it’s real.

Coming onto the texture, the texture of the mascara is extremely smooth a bit towards the watery side it has a very light feel on the lashes. The texture evenly separates the lashes and gets distributed on each and every lash. It does take some time to dry completely but it will not end up making you lashes rock solid or dry.

It retains some amount of moisture. I am really impressed by the texture of the product as you generally don’t get to see such a quality. Just a caution don’t smudge you lashes right after application do give the formula some time to dry.

The application process becomes easier as you practice. The wand can be challenging at first. It is quite broad and thick as marketed “chubby”. It is thick but has small evenly distributed bristles. It’s due to these bristles that lashes are separated evenly.

This wand as unique as it is will impress you by all means given that you get a hand of it. It might a little difficult to get in the corners of the eyes but that’s about it.

I’d suggest a more brisk and vibrating motion to get the most even distribution of the formula. It instantly gives long and defined lashes. You can see each and every single lash.

You can load 2 coats and still it shows no clumping given that you apply it instant after so that the product doesn’t dry out. The outmost is just perfect, it makes my lashes voluminous and gives them that much required length and definition.

I usually have suffered severe irritation while using drug store mascaras like Maybelline voluminous lash and loreal lash paradise. They have done some amount of damage to my lashes and the waterproof mascaras have scrapped my lashes literally.

My quest of finding one good mascara has been extremely hard but it has come to an end with this product. Since it is dermatologically tested and it actually safe for eyes which not all mascaras are. I’ve not lost a single eyelash or scrapped my skin.

It isn’t waterproof so if you want something like that this isn’t a great option for you. I personally like it better and it dint smudge or smear entire day in the college. It is extremely comfortable and doesn’t hurt my lashes, eyes or eyes lids hence it’s a win win situation for me.

Overall if you are someone with sensitive eyes you must must try this product, it will do wonders for you. Also it is good for everyone to try and use safe products to avoid any damage to themselves. Though expensive but given it’s quality it is a good investment.
