If you all had read my previous article on my Colorbar Sinful Matte Lipstick in the shade Virgin you might know that I have one more shade from this range and which I am going to review today. The shade I am reviewing today is called as “Envious” and is one of the most used lipstick. In fact, my current favourite shade in my vanity from Colorbar.

In Detail Colorbar Envious Sinful Matte Lipcolor Review, Swatches and My Experience

Colorbar Sinful matte lipstick comes in a rectangular, vibrant color cardboard box which has all the information related to the lipstick printed on it. The cardboard box has a magnetic lid to it. The lipstick is placed inside a cardboard which is protected by a black sponge like compartment. The lipstick looks very luxe it has a brown metallic case and has a magnetic lid to it. It has it’s name and number glued at the bottom of the lipstick case.

The bullet looks very nice and unique and also they say that it resembles the iconic Pat McGrath lipsticks. The lipstick is sturdy and is travel friendly and can be carried in a clutch or handbag without any worry. The lipstick does not have any smell to it which is a pros for me.

The shade I am reviewing today is named as Envious. And O My My the shade is such a stunning nude pink color which will look phenomenal on all skin tone beauties. I am glad that I chose this particular shade. I wear it almost every day and it is my favourite and go to lipstick nowadays.

The shade is subtle and can be worn on daytime as well as night time. It looks amazing with a soft brown smokey eyes.

These lipsticks have a creamy formula to them which will take time to set to a matte finish. It glides on super smoothly and survives for a pretty long time. The pigmentation level is amazing, impressive though. One coat is enough to get the maximum opacity. These lipsticks apply as a normal creamy matte lipstick and do take a while to set to a matte finish.

Although it is matte, it is very lightweight, comfortable and non-drying matte. I love lipsticks that have a matte finish but do not dry out my lips. The lipstick does not settle into fine lines and also it does not accentuate dry or flaky lips.

The lipstick is not transfer proof. It does transfer but it does not loose it’s intensity as it is extremely pigmented. It stays on for about 5 hours without meal but with heavy meal it will fade from middle of the lips and re- applying it is a must.
