It was only later when I started using it did I realise that it was one of the best that I could have got and how it works well as an eye liner and as an eyeshadow too. The little brush that came along was like a cherry on the top. I wanted to explain how much I love it and want you all also to try it in case if you are looking for a similar color.

I have had a grey colored pencil eyeliner which I used to use however the quality wasn’t very great and the same used to fade off relatively in a couple of hours due to the oil on my eye lids. For that reason, I have always preferred and liked the liquid eyeliners as the thickness can also be adjusted comparatively with them.

I picked two liquid eyeliners in green and grey as I thought they look more appropriate for work environment and provide less distraction. I have always felt that a grey, blue, green and black eyeliner instantly ups the beauty quotient and brightens up dull eyes.

Let me review the Colorbar Magical Double Duty Eye Liner and Eyeshadow- Magical Grey in detail to understand its characteristics better.

In Detail Colorbar Magical Grey Magical Double Duty Eyeliner And Eyeshadow Review, Swatches and My Experience

I remember my good old college days when I used to get the eyeliner applied on my eyelids from my friends. The task to keep the eyelids in a stable position was such a struggle. Practice did make me perfect; as I prefer the liquid eyeliners so much to the pencil ones for the one fact that I can draw the thinnest line on my eyelids, which is next to impossible with, pencil ones for me.

I have not laid my hands on the marker ones yet and hence will not be able to say anything about them. However, I did not find it very convenient to draw thick lines.

Colorbar Magical Double Duty Eye Liner and Eyeshadow- Magical Grey comes in a beautiful black colored plastic bottle with a long sleek cap. The cap gets slender towards the middle and the appearance of the bottle looks feminine. The top of the cap has the color of the eyeliner and hence makes it convenient to pick from a stack.

It sometimes reminds me of the feather pen that old kings and queens used to use because of its length. The cap is of screw type and it fits the bottle perfectly without any chance of leakage or spillage. The eyeliner packaging is cute and it is travel friendly.

The cap has a thin brush, which is smooth and helps in drawing the line without any form of tugs or pulls. The brush is a bit sturdy and gives a feel of application with a marker pen. It glides on smoothly. The eyeliner is liquid and of runny (not watery) consistency with multi colored shimmers. The double duty eyeliners comes in four colors- grey, pink, golden and blue.

Before using the bottle needs to be shaken well as mostly the ingredients do get a split when stored and to get the right color one needs to do this activity every time before the application. It does not have any fragrance and is safe to be used for all. Its dermatologist tested and is a cruelty free product.

The eyeliner dries of quickly. It stays intact until removed. However, it is not waterproof and gets washed off with water or sweat. The eyeliner has silver colored shimmers, which spreads over the face and eyelids after some time. It does not appear faded or dull.

The thickness of the eyeliner can be easily controlled with the tip of the brush. The eyeliner packaging also has a small blush, which is a blending brush. So if one has to use the eyeliner as an eyeshadow, post application of the eyeliner, use the brush to blend the same.

The eyeliner has shimmers which spread well. The outcome is a light grey colored background with shimmers on the top. The eyeshadow look works perfect for evening parties to add the bit of glam.

If one needs to get a dark grey colored color a simple black colored eyeliner can be applied underneath. I am in love with this eyeliner and would definitely pick this again in future.
