In Detail Colorbar Matte Me As I Am Lipcolor 003 Trick Review, Swatches and My Experience

Colorbar Matte Me As I Am lipstick comes in a very elegant looking sleek rectangular outer box which has a very pretty graphics printed on the lid of the box and bears all the important information about the lipstick all over it. The lipstick is placed in a box which also includes an extra sharpener in it which is a plus point.

The box has a magnetic lid. The actual lipstick is in a crayon form which is color coded and has a black cap which closes with a click ensuring the product is travel friendly and will not create a mess if carried while traveling. I really like the packaging of the lipstick and that was the major thing which attracted me to buy this one. 

This lipstick has a mild fruity scent which is not bothersome at all. These are available in Array of shades and I got the shade name Prank. Prank is a very beautiful dark pink wine-ish sort of a color which looks pretty on all skin tones, it’s a universally flattering shade.

This shade has a glitter in it which is quite noticeable and I don’t like wearing it at day time but this shade is opt for functions or night out. But if you are someone who rocks deeper shades during the day as well, you can surely try this one out.

I just apply a base, kajal and this lipstick and it looks amazing. The shade is vibrant and dark and not suitable for day time for me personally. The texture of the lipstick is creamy and glides on seamlessly on my lips. The Pigmentation of the lipstick is amazing and in just one stroke it covers all the pigmentation of the lips.

It gives soft matte finish. The creamy texture doesn’t make your lips dry. It doesn’t settle into fine lines.Once the lipstick sets it doesn’t transfer which sipping in water or any Liquid. Also the formula is light weight and is quite comfortable to wear for long hrs.

You don’t need to apply lip balm prior to this lipstick application as its already moisturizing. Staying power of this is good it stays on my lips for about 5 to 6 hours maximum and if we binge on oily food or heavy meal it will fade from centre of lips. Being dark in color it stains lips and the stain does go away with a good makeup remover or micellar water only a wet wipes will not do.
