In Detail Diana of London Protouch Concealer Shade 01 Review Swatches and My Experience

Today I am going to review Diana of London Protouch Concealer (Instant Highlighter). It is quite difficult to find this brand in stores across Bangalore. But it is very easy to get it online across various websites. I opted to buy it online and got a discount which made me really happy. It a liquid concealer which comes in a plastic tube which has an inbuilt wand applicator inside the screw top. The container is very handy and sturdy. I have already dropped it quite a few times and till now no dent! Also, it is leak proof and very travel friendly. The wand applicator is very soft and can be used to take the product out of the bottle very easily. The complete ingredient list is missing on the tube.

I bought the shade Light Ivory 01 which is light beige with yellow undertones. If you have light under eye circles or want to hide puffiness, it is very suitable. But if you are looking to cover those deep dark circles, this isn’t a good option for you as it only provides light to medium coverage which is buildable to a certain extent. But this doesn’t give a complete opaque finish. If too many layers are applied, it gives a white cast which doesn’t look good. So people looking for heavy coverage might not like this.

The creamy textured concealer is very easy to blend and does not dry skin at all. It doesn’t set into the fine lines and gives a matte finish for everyday wear. For people like me, with not so prominent dark circles and dry skin, it’s very suitable. It stays for a good 4-5 hours without primer and almost entire day with primer.

The thing which I really like about this product is that it is waterproof. Even after washing my face with water, it doesn’t go off, which is very suitable for Bangalore weather (raining anytime).

I sometimes use it as a highlighter to give my face an everyday contoured look. It works well as highlighter too and blends into skin easily. Overall I like this product and looking forward to buy it again.
