Dove Exfoliating Body Polish Scrub with Crushed Macadamia and Rice Milk Review: Hello Beauties, I am back with another review and Today I am reviewing a body scrub from Dove which is Dove Exfoliating Body Scrub with Crushed Macadamia and Rice Milk. These were launched year back I think and I love body scrubs. I use them every alternate days all over my body for deep cleansing.

These are available in 2 variants I guess in Nykaa and I got this Macadamia and rice one. Dove makes amazing skincare products and I own quite a lot of them. To know about my experience with this scrub, please read my detailed review below.

How To Use Dove Crushed Macadamia And Rice Milk Body Scrub

In shower or bath, scoop a generous amount of body polish with hand. Spread all over the body in a circular motion and rinse. Follow with Dove body wash or Dove Beauty Bar. Use 3-4 times per week.

In Detail Dove Exfoliating Body Polish Scrub with Crushed Macadamia and Rice Milk Review, Swatches and My Experience

This body scrub came in a thin plastic cling wrap when I got it. Once I open it the plastic, it is a basic white color tub which has all the necessary information regarding the product printed on the back. The label gives a nice neutral theme to the overall packaging.

The tub has white lid with screw open mechanism which bears brand name on top. The tub is also secured with a lid so that scrub does not spill out every where and create a mess. I won’t say the packaging is travel friendly as it is bulky and we cannot carry it with us but yes if you want we can store the product in a travel size transparent container available in the market. This way we can carry such products around with us.

The scrub appears white in color and has very tiny white scrub particles (hydrated silica) in abundance. In addition, there are some brown particles which supposedly are the crushed macadamia seeds. It has a creamy musky smell to it, which I feel is amazing.

The scrub has a creamy consistency which makes it very easy to spread all over the body. I first take a shower and then lastly apply this all over my body aiming mainly on my hands elbows and legs and than massage all over my body for about 3 to 5 mins and then rinse it out with warm water.

The scrub particles in the scrub I feel are very gritty. Frankly speaking I love my scrub to be nice and deep exfoliating especially body scrub and this one does the job. It helps in exfoliating deeply and removing all the dirt and dead skin from my body.

After exfoliating my skin feels soft and much smoother and I don’t feel the need of applying any body lotion post using this scrub. Also the smell stays on for quite a long period of time and then vanishes slowly. I have had no irritation or redness on my skin due to this product.

This is my absolute favourite body exfoliant, it left my skin feeling so soft and clean! The smell isn’t heavy and the price is great as well! You can’t go wrong with buying this product and 100% recommend giving it a try!
