Easy Quick Lip Scrub DIY, Make your own Sugar Lip Scrub on the go: Hello my birdies,
today I am here with a very easy peasy way of making your own lip scrub which works amazing and gets you thouse gorgeous pouts in no time

We all know lip scrubs are not readily available in India. If they are, either they are too costly or not easily accessible. So we girls have come up with our own ways of making simple yet effective lip scrubs. The added advantage being, these lip scrubs are made by us and we know exactly what we are putting in.

So let us go ahead and we will learn how to make one such very easy and awesome scrub. This will only need like 5 minutes of your time and things you need can easily be found anywhere. This is specially amazing if you are travelling and you need to use a lip scrub.

Things you need

1. A lip Balm. This need not be a very costly one.
2. A refined sugar sachet which you can get practically anywhere.
3. An empty container to store your lip scrub if you want to use it later.
4. A small little spatula / spoon or something which you can use to mix everything.

Make sure the empty container and the spoon are clean and hygienic. Let us go through step by step and make ourselves a pretty lip scrub.

Step 1

Take your Lip Balm and scoop it out and put in the empty container. Now, the quantity completely depends on you. If you want to store it for a longer time, you can take more of it. The amount I have taken will make enough lip scrub to be used for 6-7 times. The lip balm is your choice, you can use which ever you want, just make sure it is not extremely hard balmy in consistency, I find them difficult to use.

Step 2

Open the refined sugar sachet. Add sugar to the lip balm in the container. I have used up the entire sachet for the amount of lip balm as shown in the picture. You can use more or less than that depending upon how grainy you want your lip scrub to be.

Step 3

Now mix mix mix the two together properly till they make best friends with each other!

and we are done 🙂

The finished product is going to look something like this. Tadaa! and we are done. Go ahead and use this on your lips and get them soft and smooth within no time. This lip scrub can be stored for more than a month so you don’t have to worry about anything. In fact, I specially like to do this while I am travelling. It takes 2 minutes in the ladies room to scrub my lips. I scrub my lips nicely and wipe them with a tissue. Because we are using a lip balm as the base, lips are kept moisturised and we don’t have to wash our lips with water or anything. You can go ahead and apply your favourite lipstick right after wiping with the tissue. 🙂
