The lipstick is from the brand Faces Canada named as Faces Ultime Pro Primer Matte Lipstick in the shade Scandelous.

I own a few shades of these lipsticks and I love it’s formulation. It’s so good and feels like a good high end lipstick. I am a fan of faces products now and whenever I see something new I order it without fail.

1. Apply starting at the centre of your upper lip

3. Then glide across the entire bottom lip

Faces Ultime Pro Primer Plus Matte Lipstick comes wrapped in a thin plastic. The actual lipsticks has a sleek pen like body which has color coded bottom and cap. Lipstick name, quantity shade is printed on its body only.

The cap of the lipstick is shut lock which shuts tightly and is easy to travel with. The lipstick has a retractable mechanism which helps us applying the lipstick precisely and with ease. I love it’s packaging it looks very classy and beautiful.

These lipsticks are available in multiple shades that’s pinks, nudes, browns, reds, etc. I have reviewed the shade Dash Of Pink here previously and now I am reviewing the shade named Scandalous.

Faces Scandalous is a very beautiful muted wine kind of a shade which looks really amazing on my lips and also it is universally flattering shade. Thus it can be worn by all skin tone girls. It instantly brightens my face and I mostly wear this at night as the color is a little dark to be worn in day time for my liking.

The texture is the thing which I love most about this lipsticks. It has an amazing smooth texture which glides on my lips like butter and sets into a matte finish instantly.

It does not pull or tugged my lips while applying also the sleek shape of the bullet helps in precise application and I don’t feel the need of applying a lip liner. It does not accentuate dry patches nor it settles into fine lines.

They transfer a bit when freshly applied but after some minutes it becomes transfer proof. All the shades that I own from this range and amazingly pigmented, so do this shade, we seriously need just one coat of this lipstick to cover all the pigmentation of the lips perfectly.

Since its matte and transfer proof the staying power of this lipstick is also good. It stays for few hours with light meal as well. After having something really heavy it fades from middle of the lips though I am complaining as every lipstick I own do fade while having oily meal.

This does not transfers to cups and cutlery which I love and I wear these lipsticks most in my collection. It leaves a tint on lips while fading especially darker shades and it comes off easily with a wet wipes when wiped.
