Innisfree Lip Sleeping Pack with Canola Honey Review

Innisfree Lip Sleeping Pack with Canola Honey Review: Sleeping packs have become quite common these days. There are sleeping packs for the face, hands as well as feet. I was quite intrigued when I saw a lip sleeping pack. My lips usually become dry if I don’t have a moisturising stuff on. I usually use a tinted lip balm on a daily basis when I don’t have makeup on. I was looking for a nice lip balm when I came across this.

It actually comes in a different packaging. But I purchased lots of Innisfree products during the holiday season. That time, most Innisfree products had holiday special packaging.

In Detail Innisfree Lip Sleeping Pack with Canola Honey Review and My Experience

Like I mentioned above, the Innisfree canola honey lip mask usually comes in a different packaging. I have it in the holiday special packaging because I got it around the holiday season.

The normal packaging has a off-white or yellow coloured screw lid, but the one I have has a red colour lid. Otherwise, the basic packaging style is the same. A tub with a screw top.

The product looks off white in colour. Consistency is moderate to thick. In winters or cold temperatures, it may feel a little firmer though. The texture is quite soft and creamy.

It melts when you take it on your finger and then, it looks and feels like a soft melted butter. Smells really nice, like honey. The smell is quite faint, so its likely that you might not notice it at all unless you make a conscious effort to smell it.

How I Use it

  1. Night time- I have been using this instead of my lip balm these days at night before going to sleep. Just slather a generous amount of the lip mask on my lips and then goto sleep.
  2. Day time- So I am not a person who goes out daily. Therefore, sometimes, on a lazy day I put it on my lips. I notice that it usually stays put for like

Effects

Okay, so I love it. I wake up with the softest lips ever. It hydrates my lips and they look lovely. In fact, a little more plump from adequate hydration. Honey is known to be hygroscopic in nature which means it actually attracts moisture from the environment.

Hence, this product has dual effects. It retains the original moisture on the lips as well as collects some moisture and packs it on the lips. So basically, there is no chance of your lips getting dry when it is on. This is the reason, I use it as a lip mask on my lazy days at home as well.

The only con I’d say is its packaging according to me, I wish it came in a tube. Tub packagings are never hygienic specially for products which are going to last a very long time like this one.

Overall Verdict

This product isn’t really available all the time everywhere. Innisfree launches it frequently during holiday season. Otherwise, it is available right now in the USA beside Korea. I really love the effects it has on my lips. If you get dry and chapped lips, do try out this lip mask. It works quite great on my lips.

  3. Do not keep it exposed in hot temperature.
