Kama Ayurveda Anti Acne Cleansing Foam Review, Swatches: Hi Beautiful girls, They say “Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.” Well that’s true for all of us. We all want to look beautiful and presentable every single day and keep doing little things to keep our skin and hair in good condition. While we do all this many a times due to external weather conditions, pollution, eating and sleeping patterns we do experience out skin and hair behave weirdly.
I was undergoing a similar situation a couple of months ago during travels and my skin started breaking out as I was mostly on fast foods and sleeping for only 3-4 hours. I couldn’t do much at that time but on my way back home I picked the “Kama Ayurveda Anti Acne Cleansing foam” during transit at the airport. The ingredients sounded good to me and felt that it may help me with my problem. Please read on to understand how it fared on me.

In Detail Kama Ayurveda Anti Acne Cleansing Foam Review, Swatches and My Experience
I generally do not get pimples or acne except during my periods and they fade away within 1-2 days and never bothered to really treat them. Frankly I felt to see so 3-4 pimples and acne on my face and shoulder when I was not on my period.
I was happy to see a smaller version of the face wash as I was sure that the phase is temporary and that I may not need it for a longer time. The green colored sticker on the bottle looked soothing to me and I felt convinced that the Neem, Calendula extract, Aloevera juice, Salicylic acid and tea tree would definitely do wonders to treat my bad skin and to bring it back to shape.
The Kama Ayurveda Anti Acne Cleansing foam comes in a transparent plastic bottle with a transparent lid. The pump is triangular shaped and white opaque in color with visible pores. The transparent cap is a good option to keep the dust, dirt and other particles from entering the pump else it will beat the whole purpose of using this face wash.
The bottle size especially the 50 ml is excellent and can easily fit in any purse just in case you want to carry it along every day. The pump is super sturdy and just 2 pumps of the face wash is sufficient to cover the entire face and neck.
The face wash which is brownish in color reminds me of tulsi decoction which my mother used to give during the days I had cold. I generally shake the bottle well before pressing the pump to get a good amount of foam which is white in color.
How I Use it
On damp face I apply the face wash and give a nice circular massage for a couple of minutes ensuring that the ingredients do their work well. Again it’s just my way of using the product for best benefits.
After a couple of minutes, I wash my face with cold water to soothe the skin. The mild fragrance of neem and tea tree is prominent as compared to the holy basil. The fragrance is soothing and the face wash leaves my skin soft and dry wiping out any traces of oil if present. I pat my skin dry and apply lacto calamine to keep the skin in good shape.
Effects
I noticed that within 4-5 days the acne was gone. I do not use it regularly but it has been my go to face wash during the bad skin days. I do not mind using it sparingly as its shelf life is quite long and I will surely finish it off much before its expiry. Its suitable for people with oily skin but can be used by other skin type people too. It’s a good anti acne face wash and can be tried by all.
