In Detail Kylie Koko K Matte Lip Kit Review, Swatches and My Experience
I decided to buy three of those – one lip kit and two singles: Kourt K lip kit and Mary Jo K and Candy K singles – during a promotional day when the shipping was free worldwide. I paid about $60 and then, 10 business days later my lip kits arrived ! Yay! Then the postman told me I needed to pay the import duty, which was 25€. No more yay. Well, well, well, I got the shipping free, nevermind. I opened up my package and inside …. Candy K single, Mary Jo K single and .. a Koko K lip kit. What? I didn’t order Koko K. I wanted Kourt K and it was the color I wanted the most. So I e-mailed their customer service and sent a photo of what I received.
They replied me the next day saying they’re immediately sending a Kourt K lip kit for free to me. Yay! I was really lucky, because the postman gave the package to my neighbour’s mailbox probably without having me signing anything so he had no proof it got to me. It only got to me because my girl neighbour found it (and she certainly had no clue it was Kylie’s lip kit, otherwise she would’ve kept it pff) and even if there was a bill of the import duty inside to pay, as I haven’t signed anything, and I didn’t even got it home (until the neighbour wakes up and bring it to me) I’m not paying it. It’s like I never received anything *eyebrow-eyebrow*.
So the result is I got 4 shades paying just 3 of them. That’s why I’m reviewing Koko K today! This shade is a pinky nude pretty pale comparing to other Kylie’s. Even on my skin it looks pretty pale. Like not really nude, but it’s not a dark color neither. Actually I’m glad that they made that mistake because Koko K is really cool.
Kylie Koko K Lip Liner Review
The lip liner is very smooth, creamy, it’s really easy to apply and your lips are going to thank you for the rest of the day for purchasing a product that doesn’t actually dry your poor lips out. I totally love the lip liner, even if it’s not that easy to sharpen it. The texture is brilliant, the colour is exactly the same as the package, exactly what you would expect. Very pigmented.
Kylie Koko K Liquid Lipstick Review
Then you get to the lipstick. The first thing that surprises you is the smell. It’s so original, once you smell it you’ll recognise any fake Kylie’s. It’s such a sweet smell, a bit like vanilla or some candy, I don’t know it smells just really strong and good. The lipstick is very liquid, it’s not that kind of honey texture, it’s more liquid than that, but really so much pigmented it can’t even be true. Like that one coat is really enough.
It covers completely your natural lip colour and it dries pretty fast. I like the brush, without taking more product you can easily do one lip. Even two if your lips are thinner. It feels so smooth on your lips, like velvet, you really don’t have that feeling of having passed one week in Sahara with no water and if you move your lips you’re gonna bleed your heart out. No! You can smile, you can touch your lips, you can eat, you can kiss, you can do pretty everything.
It last really long (I’m the first one not to remove my make up before I go to bed after a party so I guarantee you that even the next morning it looks pretty cool), besides maybe the inner part of your lips (but really the innerest one 😉 ) but even after eating some oily stuff it didn’t move. Just magic.
My skin is pretty dry also, so maybe it influences a little bit the durance, but it’s de-finitely the longest lasting lipstick I’ve ever put on.
I just love the colors, the texture, the smell (oh my, the smell is so awesome), the tenderness, the lasting. It’s really a very good product, even if it costs pretty much with the shipping and the import duty. I will certainly take some more lip kits in the future.

1. Put some Labello on your lips in the morning, especially the winter time, not necessarily before using the lip kit, but to achieve a perfect lips.
2. Don’t hesitate to overline your lips a little bit
3. Be confident. Don’t do the same movement a million times, just take the lipstick, fill in your lips at the first shot and it’s way prettier than if you keep on adding more layers.
