Lakme Brown Espresso Forever Matte Liquid Lip Color Review, Swatches: Hello Readers! I am back again with another review and Today I am reviewing a very affordable liquid lipstick from our very own old brand Lakme. Lakme launched these liquid lipsticks a few months back which are very affordable and the quality of these are also good. These are called Lakme Forever Matte Liquid Lipstick.

I had reviewed one.shade earlier from this range the shade name was Crimson Rose and Today I am reviewing the shade named Brown Expresso.

I have a lot of lipsticks in my collection but I noticed that I don’t have any dark brown color so wanted to add one without spending enormous of money so this is the reason I purchased this shade. To know more about this please keep reading below.

In Detail Lakme Brown Espresso Forever Matte Liquid Lip Color Review, Swatches and My Experience

Lakme Forever Matte Liquid Lip Colour comes in a sleek colour coordinated plastic tube and is provided with a black, glossy twist open cap to which the doe foot applicator is attached.

The shade name and number are mentioned at the base of the lipstick and on the cap as well, but we need to remove the cap sticker in order to open the lipstick. However no product details such as ingredients, product description etc are mentioned on the lipstick tube.

The lipstick has a nice thin applicator which enables us to apply the lipstick precisely and evenly. The lipstick is sturdy, sleek and tiny hence it’s opt for travelling and you can carry it with you wherever needed.

The lipstick has a floral scent to it which diminishes within a second so it does not bothers me much.

Lakme Forever Matte Liquid Lipstick is available in 30 shades for every skin tone – n*des, pinks, reds, muaves, Brown’s. The shade I am reviewing as mentioned above is Brown Expresso which is a very beautiful dark brown color and will suit all skin tone girls especially dusky beauties.

The shade is not an everyday wear color as it is dark. I like to wear it when I am wearing a white, brown or any light color outfit and it looks amazing.
The texture of the lipstick is smooth and the consistency is very thin.

Due to its thin consistency it becomes hard for me to apply the lipstick on the edges of my lips precisely so I like to line my lips with a lip liner and then fill in my lips to get that perfect looking pout.

The lipstick is pigmented and hence need one to two swipes to cover the pigmentation of the lips and get that required color. The lipstick takes about a second or two set into a completely matte finish. Like other liquid lipsticks which are very drying these lipsticks are very comfortable to wear and does not make my lips dry or stretchy.

Also these does not settles into fine lines of lips but exfoliate your lips before applying any liquid lipstick as I always say in my posts.

They stay on my lips for 5 to 6 hours without any heavy meal, with heavy meal they come off from the centre of the lips and looks very odd so touch is mandatory. I personally reach out for these lipsticks when I am going out for just like 3 to 4 hours. The lipstick is easy to remove and comes off with a wet wipes easily.
