Hi ladies
This is my first post for MBF and I am so excited. Mascara is an essential part of every woman’s vanity. For me personally, I cannot go out without my mascara. My eyes look incomplete I feel without mascara. I keep checking out new mascaras in the market regularly. Loreal has no doubt some great mascaras to its name. They constantly keep improving their mascaras and I always keep checking. This was my recent purchase and is currently my favourite. Read on below to find out why I love it so much.

How to Use

Place brush at base of lashes and gently sweep up to tip—no need to pump the wand. Removes easily with soap and water.

My Experience with L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Butterfly Mascara (Faux Cils Papillon)

I bought this mascara when I was visiting France with my hubby for a little vacation. I picked this up because I had gone into a very fancy beauty store and could not think of picking anything else 😛 The lady in the shop was very generous to try different mascaras on me. I liked this because it just immediately transforms my lashes from “just lashes” to “boom lashes” I literally feel like fluttering my eyes again and again since I have started using this mascara.

The wand is very convenient to use. It separates my lashes well and gives a lengthening effect. My lashes appear longer than they really are. It stays all day on me and does not flake or irritate my eyes.

The only thing I wish to bring to your notice is, you need patience to work with this. This indeed provides such amazing effects for your lashes. But, initially you may find it clumpy, you need to repeatedly comb your lashes using the mascara wand and spend good 5 to 7 minutes for the great effects. It also makes my lashes look healthy.

I did this eye make up for navratre and I was trying to do a rainbow look because I was wearing a colourful lehenga. Anyways everyone, pay attention on the mascara 😀 😛

Pros of L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Butterfly Mascara (Faux Cils Papillon)

1. I love the packaging
2. The applicator wand is superb
3. Gives superb lengthening effect right till the farthest ends of my lashes and makes them appear very long
4. Long lasting results and stays for the entire day
5. Quite affordable if we consider the amazing results it gives

Cons of L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Butterfly Mascara (Faux Cils Papillon)

1. It is not waterproof
2. The name may be slightly misleading because it lengthens the lashes and separates them. It does not really give my lashes a thickening effect

Will I like to repurchase it?

I will purchase this over and over again till I find something better than this
