In Detail LUSH Bubbly Shower Gel Review, Swatches and My Experience

Classic lush shower gel packaging, recycled transparent plastic bottle with a black flip open cap, I bought the 100 gm bottle in one of the gift sets.

This bright orange colored shower gel is one of the thickest gels I have used from LUSH, it almost holds its shape when you squeeze out on a loofah, it is that thick.

Named after bubbly champagnes that you pop in the holiday season, Orange gummy bears or Orange flavoured skittles comes to my mind when I take a waft of this gel. Sweet, citrusy and very refreshing. The only smell you get is of wild oranges, I don’t smell the grape juice in it.

However I am obsessed with the smell and so is my husband, he has solely finished two bottles of it and it’s the only lush shower gel from my stash he will use.

It takes a little bit of squeezing to get the thick product out. Hence, by the time you reach the end of the bottle you will have a dent in it from all the squeezing.

The Uplifting scent will surely brighten up your mornings. You will get great suds if you use a loofah. My bathroom in fact was filled with gorgeous orange soda scent.

Cleanses thoroughly and leaves the skin feeling soft and silky. The only downside is its not as moisturizing as it should be considering the jelly consistency. It perfumes the skin but the scent doesn’t last long .

All in one shower gel, great for taking it away while travelling. Shampoo, bubble bath and body wash, I use it in every way I can. It makes great bubble bath product, just squeeze some while you run your bath and enjoy the bubbly bubbles. Even though these make great bubbles for a bubble bath the bubbles wont stay for too long, I usually use it in addition to some of the bubble bath products.

It leaves my hair squeaky clean. Also, so soft to touch. I notice my hair is more manageable when I use it as a shampoo and less frizzier than normal shampoos. Buck’s Fizz body conditioner shares a similar scent and I use it after this to make the scent last longer.

This is a limited holiday collection and I will surely stock up if they release it in the 2019 holiday collection.
