LUSH The Snowman Bubbleroon Review, Demo: “Do you wanna build a snowman?” Is the first thought that comes to my mind when I see this bubbleroon. Inspired by OLAF dreaming of summer this bubbleroonis. Best of both seasons, the LUSH snowman reminds you of Cold bitter Winter but the Scent is reminiscent of Summer.
Bubbleroons are a wee bit different from bubble bars. Like a macaroon a layer of butter is sandwiched between two normal bubble bars, hence the name. Taking bubble bars to next level and making them more moisturizing and conditioning.

It comes in paper packaging when bought by itself, or “naked” in the gift set box with necessary information on a paper. I was lucky enough to find a perfect snowman, as most of them had something missing, either an eye, half a nose, disfigured or missing a button or two, But mine was Perfect and so so cute. 🙂
For days it just sat on my bedside table, as a winter décor. 😀
The scent was a sweet surprise, I am not a fan of sweet vanilla-y scents. You think that’s what this might smell like, but this is inspired by olaf’s song “In summer”, so the scent has summer feel to it. Its refreshingly sweet lemony citrusy scent. I cannot do justice describing the amazing scent. Its like a sweet creamy lemon flavored ice cream!
Though it is inspired by olaf it doesnot look like it, ( Thank god for that! Who else thinks, olaf looked a little creepy? Just me? )
The snowman has dried juniper berries as his eyes and buttons, a shea butter layer as his scarf and a carrot nose made out of shea/cocoa butter.
How I Use it
Use this as a normal bubble bar, you can get two or more uses out of it. I used just the lower body of the snowman.
It was hard to crumble under running water than other bubble bars that I have used. It made fluffy, soft moldable bubbles. The water was left milky white, under the bubble blanket.
Effects
The water was soft and moisturizing. The berries floated around. I crushed them and they gave off fruity sweet berry goodness scent..
However, the bubbles weren’t long lasting. 15 minutes in the bath and most of them were gone.
How much ever intense smell the dry product has it diminishes in water, this is one thing I dislike, I wish lush does something about it. The water had faint scent, and a faint scent lingered on my body only for about an hour post bath.
The bath made my skin, soft and silky, but not as moisturizing as I would expect.These were holiday edition and I regret not buying more when they were in stock as the dry bubbleroon scent is sooooooo delicious and intoxicating, I still have the head of the snowman remaining and I will hold on to it as long as I can and it will sit on my bedside table forever, just that it now looks like a Halloween décor as its just a head missing an eye. 😛
