I love using highlighters so much I wear them everyday even when I am going out for just half an hour highlighter, kajal and a lipstick is must for me.

I own lot of highlighters and recently I hauled highlighters from various brands and this highlighter is one of them.

In Detail Makeup Revolution Skin Kiss Highlighter Peach Kiss Review, Swatches and My Experience

Makeup Revolution has changed its skinny kiss highlighter packaging first is used to come in a beautiful color coded box and a round metallic huge case with a huge mirror attached to it. But the new packaging is changed and has become very average as you can see.

Firstly it came wrapped in a plastic with stickers all around. Once removed the highlighter is encased in a huge round case with a see through lid which has a range name and brand name printed on it and also a few information printed on back of the case. I really loved the old packaging of this highlighter it looked luxe and this looks very average and also does not have a mirror.

However, the packaging is sturdy and of a good quality which ensures that the highlighter can be carried with us without any fear of breakage. Overall I am not that impressed with it’s packaging I adored the old one more than this.

These skin kiss highlighters come in 3 shades here in India which are Golden Kiss, Ice Kiss and Peach Kiss and now I am reviewing the shade Peach kiss.

The shade is metallic peachy color which will suit light to medium skin well if you are lighter than go for ice kiss and if darker than golden kiss. The shade peach kiss looks amazing on my nc42 skin tone and does not look ashy.

The texture of the highlighter is not to powdery nor too buttery like my maybelline master chrome highlighter. But I like it as it does not look very powdery when applied on cheeks.

Also the highlighter does not accentuate open pores on my cheeks and also do not settle on dry patches. These powders are not that pigmented but the intensity can be build or toned down as per our liking and occasions.

I love applying this normally at a day time as it gives me very subtle highlighted cheeks which looks very natural so it’s best for a day time look but if you are a that blinding glow kinda of person than this highlighter is not for you.

I have very oily acne prone sensitive skin which breaks out really easily and this highlighter did not broke me out or clogged my pores.

The staying power of it is also very amazing it stayed on my oily skin for 5 hours and I cannot say how more long it can stay as I wore it just for few hours and than I remove my makeup and when I was removing my makeup this highlighter looks fresh and as I had applied it hours back.

MBF Advises

I will not repurchase this product as there are many more highlighters at affordable range available in Indian market which is amazing like maybelline and faces ones. But if you get this on a good discount than definitely try this one out.

And also please skip ice kiss shade as it doesn’t suit medium to dusky skinned girls as it is very whitish beige kinda of a color which looks ashy.
