MCaffeine Naked & Raw Coffee Face Scrub Review: Hi Guys! Today I am reviewing a face scrub from the brand called Mcaffeine. It is named as Mcaffeine Naked and Raw Coffee Face Scrub. I have previously reviewed their coffee face mask here. I purchased the entire range of this coffee variant as it was on a very good discount on Nykaa.

I like investing on skincare more especially I mainly focus on face washes, face scrubs and face packs. I don’t really buy moisturisers or face creams as most of them tends to break me out so I stay away from them.

How To Use MCaffeine Naked & Raw Coffee Face Scrub

On a clean face, apply the scrub to face and spread it to the neck, avoiding any contact with eyes. Gently scrub in circular motions for one minute and wash off with cold water. Pat dry and follow it with the application of a light cream or face gel to soothe and close the open pores. Use it twice a week to glow on.

In Detail MCaffeine Naked & Raw Coffee Face Scrub Review, Swatches and My Experience

The MCaffeine face scrub comes in a long rectangular cardboard box with all the necessary information about the brand as well as the product. The actual face scrub is poured in a shiny black tube. It has a pearly white cap which has a flip open lid which closes really well. Hence the product can be carried along easily without any hesitation.

Overall I really liked its outer packaging as well as inner considering the price we are paying for it, it is affordable.

The smell of the scrub is exactly like their face mask which I have reviewed here. Though it is coffee mask but it smells like cocoa to me. Which I absolutely love I mean come on who in the world hates chocolate scent. The scrub is light brown in color with dark brown granules in it.

The texture of the scrub is very creamy and has a small scrubbing granules which is not that abrasive. I personally love little abrasive scrubs as I feel they scrub my face and removes blackheads very well rather than mild ones.

I don’t purchase mild scrubs as they are off no use for me. The scrub has a right amount of granules which helps in exfoliating every single corners on face well. Sensitive skinned people may find this scrub little harsh because the granules is little bigger in size, but for me it works fine.

How I Use It

I thoroughly clean my face with warm water, which opens the pores onto the face before applying the scrub and then gently rub the scrub along the sides of my nose and cheek with anti clockwise strokes and slowly pursuing the same motion on my forehead and neck (don’t forget your neck as it also as important as your face is).

I always follow it up with a mask sometimes of the same brand or other depending upon my mood and condition of my skin. I massage it for good about 5 to 6 minutes and than wash it off with normal water.

Effects

The scrub helps in removing all the dead skin from the surface of my skin. It does helps in removing all the whiteheads from my nose I have a major problem of whiteheads (if anyone knows a solution to completely get rid of them please let me know in the comments below).

Blackheads were still visible. I think it only works on whiteheads.

It is creamy in texture hence it did not stripped off all the moisture from face, my face was not at all feeling stretched. In fact, it felt very smooth and baby soft.

Also I noticed a little brightness on my face immediately after washing my face and the effect last for two to three days depending upon the environment you are staying in.

This does not leave the skin feeling dry still I recommend especially dry skinned people to moisturise your face properly after using any exfoliating product.

If you like using mild scrubs I will recommend you to use a good deep exfoliating scrub at least once in a week to thoroughly and deeply clean your skin.

You should definitely try this one out it is amazing and will not make a hole in your pocket.
