In Detail Morphe 35W 35 Color Warm Palette Review, Swatches and My Experience
Morphe has so many palettes, it was so hard to choose just one to pick! I knew I didn’t want any colourful ones, so that narrowed down my options. I was looking into the highly coveted 35O, a warm, earthy toned palette. But I felt a large chunk of it was just different variations of a mid-tone brown which was really useless to me. The only liked the last 2 columns where the orange madness was happening. Luckily my friend had both so I got a chance to see them side by side before I chose one.
What I didn’t like about the 35O was the fact that there was no super deep shade which is a staple for me. Even if not a black, but a super-rich dark brown would’ve been fine too but nope. If they had a shade like that, I would’ve looked past the mundane browns and gotten this. But for the sake of the black, I went for 35W and I’m glad I did! It offers a lot more variety.
It’s a large palette and whilst you’re getting 35 shades for $20, less than $1 per shadow, keep in mind not all will be gems. There are some duds in the palette, like some mattes that are a little chalky or some shimmers that don’t pack a punch. But in all honesty, I don’t mind that because you’re still getting a large variety of options in one palette. So I can look past those, as the palette performs well overall anyways.
The one thing that I wish they would improve on is the packaging. My palette is almost a year old and looks like a hot mess. There are scratches on it and smudges everywhere and I don’t even take it anywhere! It is legit only in my closet, and I take it out to use. That’s about it and it looks like it’s been through hell and back!

Here’s a look I did with the palette!
Pros of Morphe 35 W palette
1. Variety of neutrals along with a few pops of colors
2. Well rounded with colors ranging from lightest to darkest
3. Smooth, blendable mattes (for the most part)
4. Affordable – 35 shadows for $20!
5. Very creamy pigmented metallics
6. Good way to try out shades to figure out if you love warm or cool neutrals. Can help in future purchase decisions (I realized I’m more into warm tones then cool ones!)
Cons of Morphe 35 W Palette
1. Not easy to travel with
2. Outer packaging is prone to finger smudge prints and gets super dirty!
3. Pans sometimes pop off and need to be glued back
4. No mirror included
5. Some shades are prone to fallout
6. Not all the shades are a hit. Some are misses
1. Always prep and prime your eyes prior to application
2. Pack a layer of loose power under your eye to catch any fallout which you can lightly dust away once you’re done with your eye makeup
3. If you feel that the shimmer shades aren’t packing enough punch, use a fixer spray on your brush, or even simple water works at times.

I was pleasantly surprised with this palette. So, I reach for it from time to time. Love how I can go from subtle to dark and sultry all in this one palette. I’m glad I chose this shade option to try out. 35F is next on my list!
Hope this review was helpful! Feel free to ask any further questions. Have you tried this product? Let me know your thoughts!
Have a great day beautiful 🙂
now this is huge, beautiful and worth trying..
This looks so good…I’m either going to get this one or the 35F one. Or may be the Morphe Kathleen Lights palette. Oh I’m all over the place ?
