Sebamed Lip Defense Balm SPF 30 Review: Hey everyone. I hope you all are doing great. So today’s post is about Sebamed lip balm as the tittle says. Winter season for me brings in extremely dry lips hence I decided to make a purchase for lip balm. Although I  have quite a lot of lip balms with me from brands like body shop, Forest essentials and Dior but this time I wanted to try out something different and also something that has spf in it because mostly the lipbalm I have are without spf.

In Detail Sebamed Lip Defense Balm SPF 30 Review, Swatch and My Experience

So starting of with the packaging, it comes in a cardboard packaging which has all the necessary details written on it. When you open it there is an opaque white coloured lip balm tube inside. A standard twist up type lip balm. Its opaque though, so you cannot see inside thats it. Overall there is not much to say about packaging. It’s just your average lip balm packaging which is of course travel friendly.

Unlike maybelline or chapsticks, this does not come in multiple shades. This one is sebamed standard, a clear balm which is transparent on the lips. Therefore, if you are someone who is looking for some sort of color on your lips, then this may not be an appropriate option for you.

Coming on to the review, I purchased this lip balm specifically because it has spf in it. This lip balm is very -very moisturizing. At the same time it does not feel sticky or heavy on my lips. It’s completely transparent in color so you may be able to use a lipstick on top.

Because it has SPF in it, it definitely protects your lips from UVA as well as UVB radiations. I use this lip balm 4-5 times a day. It takes away all the dryness I have on my lips and moisturises them well.

The texture of this balm is extremely smooth and buttery. It glides on my lips very easily without any effort. It’s doesn’t feel sticky at all. I to be honest, love this lip balm and I highly recommend it to you. This is one of the few lip balms available in the market which has good SPF in it.
