It’s not that I don’t love kohl, But I have deep dark circles and mostly the kohls that I have tried tend to smudge. Hence I feel if I wear black on my waterline or lower lashline, it makes my dark circles appear more pronounced. Therefore, I prefer wearing a coloured kohl rather than a black kohl.

In Detail Smashbox Fishnet Always On Gel Liner Review, Swatches and My Experience

Smashbox always on gel liner comes in an outer cardboard box packaging which mentions the shade name. When you open the box you see a sleek pencil  which is black in color. Now the only downside that I see in this packaging is that it’s a sharpenable pencil hence you have to always carry a sharpener with you. All I wish, they provided a sharpener along with the product. However, they haven’t. So I consider this to be a con for me.

Now coming on to the shades they have lots of shades available in this range. Overall 10, from black to browns, navy blue, electric, grey, green, purple and nude.

Fishnet is the black of this range. The smashbox always on gel liner pencil in shade fishnet is one of the darkest black eyeliner pencil that I have used so far.

One swipe and you get intense rich color payoff on your eyes. Now I love the fact that this gel liner can be used as a Kohl and liner both. So one pencil serves the purpose of two which is kind of great. The texture of this liner pencil is very creamy and soft you don’t need to apply any pressure while you use this pencil.

Coming on to the crucial part about this pencil is that whether it smudges or not? So to be honest this pencil does not smudge at all which I was surprised to see. It just stays intact. So yay from my side 

Lastly coming on to the staying power it stays throughout. I have worn this kohl for about 12 hours and it did not move at all.

yes if you are a Kajal person and if you are looking for a kohl that doesn’t smudge and fade, this is one for you.

1. Apply this kohl in short strokes. 
2. If you want to create a smudged look with this kohl be very quick because once it dries down, it won’t smudge.
3. If still u have a very watery eyes set the kohl with a Black eyeshadow.
4. Lastly remove it with a good makeup remover.
