In Detail The Body Shop Floral Acai Body Butter Duo Review, Swatches and My Experience

The body butter has a very unique packaging. From outside it looks like a normal tub with screw open lid. Inside, there is a partition which separates the two types of moisturisers. Like always, the body shop packaging is very sturdy and has all details about the product.

The tub contains two types of creams. One is the regular cream for normal skin on the body. The second one is a slightly heavier or thicker cream for extra dry or rough areas of the body like elbows, knees etc. I like the concept of keeping these two types of moisturisers in a single tub. But on the downside, I end up using the regular cream more.

I have been using this every single day after shower in the morning. I love how it smells. It has a very nice floral mixed vanilla scent. My body keeps smelling with this fragrance for like 2-3 hours after I apply this. Even when I travel in Delhi metro train, I love how other weird smells don’t bother me because my body butter already smells so good.

After using this for around 10 days, I can say that this body butter works great for my skin. My skin stays hydrated for the whole day and does not feel dry at all. If a body butter is working in dry winter winds of Delhi, it surely needs a huge applause.

The only problem is that, I think I am using the regular cream a lot faster than the heavier cream. So in the end, I will have the heavier cream left over. Other than that, I am completely satisfied with this body butter duo.

1. Always moisturise your skin. Use slightly thicker or heavier moisturiser for dry and rough areas of the skin.
2. Using a body butter right after the shower locks in all the moisture. Hence double the benefit.
3. Use this tub later to store earrings or jewellery. 😀
