In Detail The Body Shop Pinita Colada Body Butter Review and My Experience

The body shop Pinita colada body butter comes in a big tub packaging which has a screw lid on it. All the body shop body butters come in the same packaging like this. The packaging is bulky. It’s not at all travel friendly. I wish that they would have provided a spatula or something to take the product out of the jar as it would have been more hygienic.

The body shop has a lot of body butter fragrances to choose from. Sure anyone can find something they love. One of my all time favourite was the one with strawberry. I don’t know how many tubs I may have gone through.

So this time I wanted to try something different. Hence, I bought this one. The name sounds interesting isn’t it? I applied this body butter on my hands before making the purchase. I really like the fragrance of this pinita colada body butter. Also, it was quite moisturizing as well.

The fragrance of this body butter is a mix of coconut and pineapple. It’s kind of a bit on the sweet smelling side. The fragrance is not evidently strong but it’s not mild either. It’s an in between sort of a fragrance.

Pinita colada is best for beauties who have normal to dry skin. Also, it claims the same on the packaging. But somehow I feel it’s not as moisturizing as the previous body butters that I have used from the body shop. Therefore, I say its not exactly the same.

The texture of this is thick hence it moisturises well. It blends into the skin very nicely. After applying this, my skin feels baby soft and smooth. Obviously, this is the reason I love it. It keeps my skin moisturised for 6-7 hours which is great. I like to use this 2 times a day.
