After my 2nd delivery around 2 months back, I haven’t been able to get out of the house except for the hospital. My skin was in dire need for some TLC. Hence, I got some at-home-skin-care stuff. Today, I am talking about a Pore Strip basically because my nose has pores and the blackhead/whitehead situation is real right now!

I usually used to get them cleaned professionally at a salon where they’d use steam to loosen up the pores and clean the blackheads/whiteheads with their tools. However, like I said, right now I can seriously do all the at-home-skin-care I can.

How to Use TonyMoly Egg Pore Nose Pack

After cleansing, wet nose with water, remove patch’s transparent film and press smooth side of patch onto center of nose. After 10-15 minutes, once patch dries up, remove patch starting from outer edges. Apply toner to nose after use.

In Detail TonyMoly Egg Pore Nose Pack Review, Demo and My Experience

This mask is available in a pack of 7 as well as just 1 in a package. I got the later one because I really wanted to try it out before purchasing. I had read the reviews, mostly positives so I was quite excited to try it out.

Mostly everyone had compared this to the “Biore deep cleansing pore strip”. However, because I have never tried that, I can’t comment or compare this TonyMoly egg pore mask to the Biore one.

Just open this small packet, and we have a nose mask inside. We just need to remove the transparent sticker and place that smooth side on our nose. I did exactly that.

How I Used it

I wet my nose area with normal water and stuck the nose pack. Then, just let it be for like 15 minutes. The pack comes in this one shape which is universal. So although it does not fit 100% perfectly on my nose area, I sort of had to make it work. So you can see some creases etc.

After 15 minutes, I carefully and gently removed it starting from one side edge. And OMG guess what happened!

Effects

You literally can see all the blackheads/whiteheads pulled out from my nose. I honestly haven’t had the time to get a facial or cleanup done in more than a year and I am so thankful this pack pulled out 80% of the gunk.

Plain and simple, this egg pore mask pretty much does exactly what it says. It cleaned my pores and got rid of those nasty black/white-heads.

So Do I like this better than a Professional Cleanup/Facial at a salon?

Well this nose pore strip basically removed almost like 80% of the gunk from the area that it actually covered on the nose. However, if I had the time, I would prefer a professional service for two simple reasons:

1. This nose strip or any other as a matter of fact, can only cover a limited area on the nose according to its shape. However, professional services will be able to remove all the visible blackheads and whiteheads even from the sides and other areas.
2. Secondly, a professional service will be able to remove 100% of the visible blackheads/whiteheads. Not just 80-85%.

Therefore, personally I would go for a salon over any nose strip. However, if I am being practical, I hardly get any time to get out of the house. So, for me, this is the best I can get. I don’t really have the time and energy to take a steam and pick out the blackheads one by one on my own.

Hence, this nose pore strip is a super quick and effective way to clean up the pores. It takes 15 minutes and gets the job done nicely to a great extent. It saves time as well as money.

Final Verdict

I would totally go ahead and get more of these because I loved it. It removed so much gunk from my pores and gave me a cleaner and smoother looking nose. Its quick (and I don’t need to book a salon appointment).

Although this is a little less effective than a salon treatment, this I feel is the best I can get right now for my pores without spending too much time.

I surely recommend this Egg pore strip to everyone who is looking for something similar. It works and is pretty affordable.
