L’Oreal Infallible Silkissime Eyeliner Cobalt Blue Review, Swatches: This is the 4th shade from all Loreal Infallible Silkissime eyeliner collection. I personally love blue eyeliners. I am super happy about the fact that silkissime range has so many different hues of blues. I did buy the True Teal, Gold, Plum and Cobalt Blue earlier and today placed an order for the remaining 3 shades i.e. Black, Charcoal and Silver!
