I am here to talk about the blackest eyeliner I have ever had !! I received it for the first time as a present from my mother’s friend. I did not even know how to put on an eyeliner that time, I was a kajal on the lower waterline kind of girl so it took me a very long time to try this one out. Once I did there was no going back.
