Bath & Body Works Signature Collection Body Lotion – Coconut Mango Review
Hi everyone, how are you doing?

Bath and Body Works products have been made available in India recently. As of now, I haven’t seen any exclusive BBW stores anywhere. Their products are very much in demand and when I saw them online, I ordered a few.

Description by the company:
Our Signature Coconut Body Lotion, fortified with powerful ingredients like super conditioning Shea Butter, fast absorbing Jojoba Oil and protective Vitamin E, hydrates skin with moisture that lasts all day. Our non-greasy formula absorbs quickly and completely to leave skin feeling incredibly soft, smooth and nourished, making it the perfect daily moisturizer. Smooth over body to quench parched skin and lightly fragrance with a luscious burst of creamy coconut and exotic mango.
Water (Aqua, Eau), Glycerin, Petrolatum, Cetyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Fragrance (Parfum), Dimethicone, Ceteareth-20, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, Carbomer, Isododecane, Neopentyl Glycol Diheptanoate, Sodium Hydroxide, Disodium EDTA, Tetrasodium EDTA, BHT, Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Benzyl Alcohol, Propylparaben, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Salicylate, Citral, Coumarin, Limonene, Linalool.

Price: The package says $10.50 USD. I purchased it online for somewhere around 600 Rs. (INR)

My opinion:

This is from their signature collection. Signature collection basically means that this is an exclusive type of product which they specially make. I have also read somewhere that this comes out only at some times of the year like during holiday season and stuff, but well, you can find this online pretty easily.
The bottle is an opaque plastic bottle with a very warm woody orange color and a shiny bronze coloured screw top, which also has a flip open nozzle.
I am going to talk about the smell first because that is what I love the most about this product. It smells absolutely fantastic. It has this mango caramel smell with a coconut base. Basically fresh ripe mango smell pops out in the whole thing. If I were to close my eyes and describe the smell, I would say it feels like having a fruity custard sitting in a tropical island somewhere in Mexico or Bahamas. I know its weird but I relate scents to feelings and places. The smell lasts on me for at least 6-8 hours, which is really good.
The consistency of the lotion is moderately thick. It is not super runny. I usually apply it when I am not going to work. I use it on Sundays or days when I am going shopping, or to the beach etc. The reason is, this is not a very sophisticated or professional smell. It is very casual and relaxing smell.
You might consider this if you are a college or high school student.

My skin stays moisturized the entire day after using this until my nighttime shower. This is totally non greasy and sinks in easily into my skin. Now, I would like to mention that my skin in general comes under dry to normal category.
Overall I would say, go for it, its really economical as you get 236 ml of product which lasts really long. The smell is different and you don’t get such smells usually in body lotions. I have been enjoying using this.
