I have used this body lotion so many times that I must have bought around 10 bottles till today. I am going to review this finally on my MBF blog.

When I got it, it was 135 for 300 ml but now it is increased to 170 Rs for 300 ml.

Water, mineral oil, glycerine, cetearyl alcohol, niacinamide, sodium cetearyl sulphate, dimethicone, glyceryl stearate, paraffin, fragrance, microcrystalline wax, cellulose gum, methylparaben, disodium EDTA, DMDM hydantoin, propylparaben, tocopheryl acetate, benzophenone-3, BHT, sodium ascorbyl phosphate, simethicone.

In Detail Pond’s Triple Vitamin Moisturising Lotion Review and My Experience

So I have seen how people wrote how they don’t really like this lotion as it does not do anything very extraordinary. Well in fact I really like this body lotion because it is one of those body lotions that I can use in any season. Its the end of april now, and I still use this body lotion.

It comes in this opaque white bottle with a pink coloured flip open cap. The smell of the product is pretty similar to the ponds cold cream with some hints of floral fragrances. The consistency of the product is actually thin which makes it runny.

How I use it

I apply it all over my skin after taking bath. The lotion absorbs immediately without making my skin feeling greasy or oily even in summers. It moisturises well and makes my skin look healthy. What I like best is, it does not make me sweat like crazy even in summers. Otherwise it becomes so difficult to get lotions which don’t make you sweat so much.

The lotion is enriched with various vitamins and my skin likes it because it does not cause irritation on my skin. Though on the negative side it has so many silicones and other chemicals, I think these days almost all lotions come with chemicals.

So overall what I have to say about this product is that though it does not do anything out of the box, the product is really good among the average. Moisturises the skin without making it feel greasy is all it does and I am happy with that. Actually if we read the claims, the product almost fulfils the claims.

2. Moisturises the skin well
3. Does not feel greasy or oily
4. Does not make me sweat extra during summers
5. Easy to apply because of its smooth consistency
6. Does not irritate my skin
7. Inexpensive (though they have slightly increased the price now)

Cons of Pond’s Triple Vitamin Moisturising Lotion

1. Not an ideal moisturising lotion for winters or if you live in colder climate
2. There is no sun protection

MBF Advices

Since this product does not have any sun protection benefits, my first advice would be to use this product with a sun screen if you are going out. For very dry skin, then this moisturiser won’t be sufficient. Also the beauties living in cold climates won’t find it moisturising enough. So this lotion is good for normal to oily skin beauties living in not so cold regions.
