There was a time when I was so obsessed with the unique colors from Colorbar that I bought quite a lot of them one after the other. I must admit that there are few colors that I found only with Colorbar and have been highly satisfied with them. They are the most wearable shades and have always earned me compliments. Since I have a habit of reading reviews about products before I make any purchase, I was too convinced to pick this one without any trials as I was in a hurry.

The Colorbar Matte Touch Lipstick Two for Tango came in a beautiful silver colored cardboard casing with complete details of shelf life, name, ingredients which the product itself came in a silver colored metallic body frame. I really love the packaging of these lipsticks a lot. Further-more the lipstick has a unique cute which I absolutely adore as I generally use it to define my lips. But eventually with usage the lip becomes round.

The lipstick has a unique fragrance which is not annoying and fades of quickly after application.

Texture, Shade

As defined in the name, the texture of the lipstick is velvety matte which helps in the smooth application yet giving a matte finish. To define the color, it’s a burnt reddish orange shade and very unique in itself. I have tried orange and red colors but this is in between them.

I am warm toned with fair complexion and strangely the color did not uplift my look on application. Though it looked wonderful in itself. I had tried this a couple of times in the past and since I wasn’t very satisfied with the way it looked on me It got lost in the huge pile of lipsticks until I recently decided to try it on again.

Overall

I noticed that when I wore a black or a dark blue attire the lipstick did look well comparatively and I was glad that I found a way to make this unique color work on me.

The lipstick does not feather out or bleed and stays on for 4-5 hours easily post which it starts appearing faded. It does transfer a bit with food and drinks. Though the color is unique it may not work well on all complexions and hence I would highly recommend to give this one a try before bringing it home.
