In Detail The Body Shop Vanilla Chai Foaming Bath Gel Review and My Experience

The Body Shop’s Limited Edition Christmas Special range is released every year and I eagerly wait for it. This range of Vanilla Chai consists of vanilla which is hand picked from Madagascar. This range includes shower gel, body butter and foaming bath gel. It comes in a pretty transparent plastic bottle with flip open cap. The entire range has a Christmas print on the front. This foaming bath gel did not have the print but a hanging tag, which I do not have any longer. The color is beautiful creamy beige just like chai and Vanilla mixed together. Also, it is a sturdy travel friendly bottle, so you can easily carry it along.

Scent & Performance

The smell of this foaming bath is perfect for winter season as it is warm, spicy as well as woody. The smell of chai is more dominating than of vanilla. It’s an ideal mix of sweet and spicy fragrance. It’s scented with spiced notes of vanilla warmed with addictive cardamon and star anise. This foaming bath gel lathers and cleanses quite well, and leaves skin supple without drying it which makes it ideal for winter season.

The consistency of this foaming bath gel is thick and creamy. A little quantity is required and thus it will last long enough. It lathers up very well with or without a loofah.

The fragrance lingers on the skin for quite some time. You can also use the body butter from the same range for prolonged effect of the fragrance. Good news is, this product is soap free and yet leaves the skin clean and refreshed. It is does not irritate the skin in any manner.

I love taking a warm shower with this foaming bath gel that is made up of luxurious and unique ingredients. It’s a completely blissful experience. Although it is priced way higher than other shower gels for the same amount of product but its worth indulging sometimes.

Overall, I would recommend trying out this range but I am not sure if it is still available, or you can wait till christmas for the new range that will launch. I am sure TBH will be innovative this time as well. Happy bathing!!
