Perfect peony is a beautiful fragrance by BBW, I talked about the perfume Bath & Body Works Perfect Peony Eau de Parfum, I really liked it. So, I got a body cream in the same fragrance.

In Detail Bath & Body Works Perfect Peony Body Cream Review and My Experience

The Perfect peony body cream comes in a tube packaging. They have the regular bigger sized tube as well as this smaller size one that I have. To be perfectly honest, I like body creams or body butters when they are in a tube or pump dispenser packaging. Its so much more hygienic as well as super easy to use when I am fresh out of shower.

The perfect peony body cream has a moderate to thick consistency with a very smooth texture. It applies beautifully and blends in nicely. It gets absorbed pretty quickly without leaving any sticky residue behind.

It moisturises the skin well and it keeps my skin moisturised for upto 5-6 hours when I am working in an air conditioned environment continuously. The best part about this cream however is the smell. Its just totally amazing. I am not usually a floral person but I am convinced to make an exception for the perfect peony range by BBW.

When you first apply it, its strong floral. Like straight up white floral. Its intense peonies. Not everyone might appreciate how this is initially, but eventually within 5-10 minutes it settles down. It is still floral but it softens up a bit. For one hour, people around you can appreciate the fragrance. But after that, the smell mellows down further and lingers on the skin. You can still smell it, but it is much more alluring now I feel. Overall the smell lasts on my skin for like 2-3 hours.

I feel like this is a perfect body moisturiser for beauties who absolutely love floral scents. Take it as a perfume-y body moisturiser, especially meant for slightly drier skin types. I understand that not a lot of people (as myself) like fragrances in their skin care, so I often like to use this for a night out or a date night with husband (and kids!). My daughter really enjoys this smell too.

I think that is all that I have to say about this product. Its really good quality and smells great. Opt for this one only if you’re looking for a fragranced body moisturiser. Its really good and performs well. Also, look out for deals specially around holidays and you might score it for a lot less than the marked retail price.
