neoVeda Face Soft Rose Damascena Toner Review

I have already reviewed the neoVeda Damascena rose water toner in an earlier blog post. This is one of my favourite from the brand. In general, I go through rose water a lot. Like you will find one rose water in my fridge, one in my vanity, one in the living room and one in my car. So this is literally a staple for me. This one in particular I really enjoy using because it is really hydrating and refreshing. I think, if you do not have a mist or a toner like this one in your beauty regime, you absolutely need to try it out. It will just give you a whole new amazing experience altogether.

neoVeda Face Radiance Kumkumadi Scrub Review

Kumkumadi is not a new name for us Indian beauty enthusiasts. Kumakumadi is actually a special name for “Saffron or crocus sativus” which again is one of my ultra favourite skin care ingredient. Kumkumadi oils have recently gained a lot of fame. In fact neoVeda has a kumkumadi oil which I reviewed in an earlier blog post and I loved it so much. This one we have here is actually a creamy scrub with the goodness of saffron. The brand says that this scrub actually contains kumkumadi oil in it.

The scrub smells beautiful, just reminds of kumkumadi oil. It has walnut shell powder so make sure you’re very gentle when you scrub it on the facial skin. It just feels very creamy and luxurious. I mostly use it for my neck and chest, and it really helps soften the skin without drying it out at all. I apply it, leave it on for a while (I feel like I should let all the goodness from the natural oils soak in) and then I scrub it off gently, and wash my skin with water. After wards, in fact my skin feels very hydrated and super smooth and soft.

If you love using scrubs, you need to try this one out. It is priced at ₹800.00 and I think it is one of the most affordable kumkumadi scrubs out there.

neoVeda Under Eye Renew Gotu Kola and Ashwagandha Cream Review

Lets talk about my new favourite. The best part about this cream is the consistency. Its very liquid-d. Almost looks like fluid cream. Has a lovely mild pleasant smell to it. I love applying it after every time I wash my face. You know thats the beauty of something that you really like. You remember to use it every time you’re meant to.

This gets absorbed quickly after applying. It just makes the skin around my eyes look very healthy and plump. Even when you touch it, it’s not oily or greasy. So I can easily apply my makeup on top. I have combination skin, and I have worn it comfortably under my makeup since I got it. This eye cream gets a big thumbs up from me. If you do get a chance, definitely give this a try, its only ₹480.00.

neoVeda Face Firm Sandalwood & Saffron Cream Review

The neoVeda Face Firm cream is actually a product my husband and I both love using. He has dry skin type and I have combination skin. And I think, that is what I like about this cream. Its moisturising yet not heavy or sticky. I just need a pea sized amount of this cream (My husband needs a little bit more), and massage it in for a minute. It just makes my skin feel incredibly soft and nourished.

It has a very faint kumkumadi like scent to it. This cream actually has hyaluronic acid as well, besides a lot of natural oils and extracts. At a price tag of ₹640.00 this is actually a great deal. If you’re looking for a natural/ayurveda inspired face cream, this I believe is going to be a huge hit.

neoVeda Lip Smooth Mogra Balm Review

Last time I tried the neoVeda Lip soft Rose Lip Balm and I liked how it had such a light weight texture. To be absolutely honest, except the scent on this one, this one is pretty much exactly how the rose one was. In fact, I am glad I got it. This lip balm hits the sweet spot between shine and gloss. So great for daily wear. Remember this is a clear lip balm, has no tint to it.

It smells like Jasmine (Mogra), the smell is really grounded and mild which is great because I don’t like heavily scented skin care. Guess what, when you read their ingredients list, actually this has no added fragrance. It just has these lovely natural oils and butters. Like this has sunflower seed oil, bee wax, shea butter, cocoa seed butter, kokum butter, vitamin E and jasmine essential oil and a colour additive. Thats all the ingredients it has and at a price of ₹400.00 I feel like this can’t get better.

Overall Verdict

I have seen a lot of Ayurvedic brands come up in the Indian market over the course of past few years. Most seem really promising, but to be honest its become like this umm Fashion that all of them have to be super expensive (even if they’re made from ingredients sourced from India). I feel like just the idea behind “Ayurveda” is marketed to feel like expensive. But honestly, its not supposed to be this way.

Ayurveda is supposed to feel more approachable, more understandable and definitely more like its coming from your own roots. So its definitely refreshing to see brands like neoVeda who are coming up with incredible Ayurvedic centric products and are not charging tons for it. If you do get a chance, surely try them out. You can get them in India, UK and USA (the three places, I get most of my audience from). Its available on amazon in USA and in India, you can get it from Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra and Flipkart. Of course you can shop from their official website, they do support international shopping (They ship to almost all the countries).
