If you want to keep your routine fragrant all the way through, start with a matching shower gel and body lotion, then spritz the fine fragrance mist as your very last step.

In Detail Bath & Body Works You’re the One Fine Fragrance Mist Review and My Experience

The Bath & Body Works You’re the One perfume mist comes in a standard BBW packaging. It is cute and simple. Nothing to complain about it. In fact I feel like the mist dispenser is actually very good quality. “You’re the One” actually came out in 2020 and I am talking about it now because I have kind of rediscovered my love for it.

I really want to talk about the scent in detail about this one. Bath & Body Works describes the scent as “a sparkling, beautiful night with the one you love” with the fragrance notes being “white birch, velvety rose and a drop of strawberry nectar“.

First, this does not smell like any average body mist or fragrance mist. This actually smells like an expensive perfume. May be gravitating towards Dior or at least Victoria Secrets.

If I were to describe the smell in very simple words, when you spray it, at the very beginning you get a hit of the sweetness from strawberry nectar. But within like 10 seconds it starts transforming into a more floral scent. Give it 5-10 minutes, it evolves into a more woodsy moment. Basically in its element, this scent hits the perfect balance between rose and woody amber. You continue getting very slight sweetness from the nectar, but it’s very mild and well balanced (You will notice it only if you actually try to do so).

The scent may seem like its too strong initially, but I promise you, it mellows down and turns into this beautiful lingering experience.

If you’re someone who loves Rose and Woody scents (Like myself), you absolutely cannot miss this. This is one of the best creations by Bath and Body Works that just speaks sophistication, sensuality and at the same time, it definitely is very sexy and romantic. I genuinely feel like this has the potential to be anyone’s goto date night scent.

You may feel like I am all praises about this scent, but wait I’ve more goodness to talk about. Let’s talk about the longevity. Well this fragrance mist lasts super long. BBW did a great job when it comes to the longevity aspect of this fragrance mist as well. I have been a BBW user for years now and I can easily say, this is one of the most long lasting fine fragrance mist by Bath and Body Works.

I know a lot of people say this fragrance leans a bit towards women in their late 20s till late 30s, but I do not feel like that. I believe that scents are a matter of personal preference. “You’re the One” is warm, sexy and beautiful, and you don’t have to put an age to that description. You can be 24 or 65 and chose to smell however you want. Personally, this is a favourite from BBW, I recommend trying it out. Let me know your thoughts if you’ve tried this before 🙂

2. Do not go overboard, like I said, this is a very noticeable and long lasting scent. So spray it light initially. After a couple of times, you will get the hang of it.
