Fab Bag July 2015 Red Carpet Edition

Hello My lovelies, so I saw everyone raving about the Fab Bag this month, I had to get it. This month’s theme was Red Carpet.

They have this lovely golden bag. I want to be very happy about it, but it came super late and that kind of killed my excitement. Also I did not find the bag as attractive as I expected. It is a golden lined bag with fine silver glitters. I am a person who does not like the combination of golden and silver together usually. So its not a complete bomb dot com but not a disappointment either. Let’s check out the content now, shall we? 🙂

Fab Bag July 2015 Red Carpet Edition

1. Bellapierre Mineral Lipstick – Ruby

I am an all time fan of red lipsticks and this looks super sexy with the lovely bright red shade. I am going to try this out soon and let you guys know if is worth its MRP.

2. Sugar Twist and Shout Fadeproof Kajal – Black Velvet

This looks very pretty. I like the packaging a lot. It has a little gripping area near the tip very similar to what we have in writing pens. This gripping area which is basically meant to prevent slipping of fingers brings us one step closer to applying our Kajal/liner perfectly.

3. Vana Vidhi Luxury Summer Shimmer Sunscreen

This is a new brand to me. Never tried any of their stuff in the past. A sunscreen is always a wise thing to include in a beauty bag. No girl can say no to a nice sunscreen.

4. Ayorma Spa Daily Scrub and Face Wash

Another new brand. Haven’t even heard of them before. Let’s hope they work well. The samples are so tiny that I am not sure I will be able to decide if I like them or not.

Overall My favourite things in the bag were the lipstick and the kajal. Both from decent makeup brands. I really hope to get more makeup products in my beauty subscription bags. Instead of many tiny samples, I wish they worked more on getting us one good sample which has a decent amount so that we can use that properly and then decide what we really like.

What’s your favourite content in this month’s bag, I mean the July bag. 😀 Yes, and btw if you guys are wondering why I did not do an FOTD with the lipstick like other blogs, well they basically had a contest going on. However the bag reached me super super late and the dates are long gone now. So we are going to have a proper review post instead of a quickie makeup snapshot. 🙂
