Hi birdies, how are you all doing? Its been raining like crazy down here and I am loving every bit of it. Last night we had a huge storm and personally, I am scared of storms! But as Mr. Sun came out in the morning, things became nice and calm. I will be reviewing a product that I got in my Fab Bag sometime back.

Product Description

Naked is a line of organic beauty products by model and actress, Lisa Hayden. Every jar of Naked Organics is hand made, with the goodness from natural ingredients. Potion Lotion is a beauty balm perfect for winters. Free from preservatives, this face cream is made from organic aloe vera, Vitamin E oil, rose hip oil and avocado oil.

How to use

Moisturize on face – day and night for flawless, dewy skin. Refrigerate product.

*Being 100% organic, this product has a shelf life of 3 months and would require refrigeration*.

My Take – Naked Potion Lotion by Lisa Haydon Review

The product was practically new to me when I received it in my beauty subscription box. Everyone went gaga about it and that made me even more curious. I mean people were raving about it left right and centre. I was super expectant with this one, let us see if this worked out.

This comes in a little glass jar and a rope necklace around it. The information card is attached to it. The whole thing makes it look really eco friendly. Although I could not find a detailed ingredient list for the product, the information tag does mention that it has avocade oil, Vitamin E and Organic rose hip oil. The are also germanium and lavender extracts mentioned. I would have loved if the ingredient list was mentioned properly without too much of a confusion. According to the recommendations, I store this in the fridge. The shelf life of this product is 3 months when stored in the refrigerator.

The consistency of the product is semi – thick cream like. Not at all greasy. I like to take a pea sized amount of it on my fingers and gently massage it into my face and neck. I find that this product moisturises by combination skin well, specially the dry areas on my skin feel very nice. It does impart a temporary glow to the skin.

I feel that this product would be a complete hit among the ladies with dry skin. For my oily to combination skin, this felt a bit heavy. One of my friends who happens to have dry skin, loved this cream.

Overall I feel this is indeed an amazing product by Lisa Haydon specially for the beauties with dry skin type. It is a natural product so you don’t have to worry about slathering on numerous chemicals onto your skin. On a long term basis, I am not sure if this has made any difference in my skin however.
